No support from the rental car company directly

I list of flight a connection in London and therefore I called the rental car company directly in Boston and they couldn't help me at all they could do nothing to help me. They couldn't cancel the booking so then I cancelled online through your website and I didn't get a credit for the next booking. This user experience is the worst I have ever had.
