I had bought a DNA kit for a family member in December for their Xmas. Kit didn’t arrive …contacted their customer services (Clare M)…Courteous and prompt resolution to problem and another kit sent and received before Xmas. Excellent service

Order placed on 4th November..money taken instantly:)
Email from BrewDog on 9 Nov stating order would be delivered by DPD on 10 Nov . DPD did not receive order. No beer delivered. Order now showing as packing in online shop.
No communication, No response to tickets raised.
Shockingly bad service...I would not recommend BrewDog, they have lost another regular customer. many other good, honest IPA brewers to choose from.
UPDATE 25/11/20
3 Weeks sińce ordering... Items not dispatched..Customer service obviously someone sitting at home making up responses...If you want your delivery before XMAS DO NOT BUY ONLINE
UPDATE 1/12/20
Order never arrived. I contacted Brewdog to cancel order and refund money to bank account, which they did promptly. The saga ends.

This sounds like a very poor experience you have been through - I am so sorry about the inconvenience caused here! It sounds like you may have gotten an incorrect delivery notice from the courier as the shipping label was applied to the parcel rather than when the parcel was in transit close to being delivered. We are doing our utmost to keep up with enquiries at the moment and are getting back to all tickets raised as quickly as we can - I have also sent you a direct message through here to ensure we can get this looked into for you as a priority.
