Review of Thomas Sanderson
Was recommend Thomas Sanderson but my experience has been terrible. The sales person who came mis-sold a window design for one of the two rooms we were having fitted. It was totally unacceptable for the room. Once the installation was completed I asked for a refund. The process has now been going on for two weeks. I have also asked for a call from someone senior in the business and still nothing. Shocking service and will definitely not be using again.

Review of Saxtons
My wife purchased a car recently and three days after we took delivery warning lights came on. I spoke to the service team who booked the car in to be evaluated. Two and half weeks later with the car still being fixed we decide to hand back the car. This is where it went from bad to worse. The final insult was when I went to collect our belongings and was told the car was out for a test drive. They have a very good stock but the personal service isn’t there.

I have for the last two days been promised a phone call about the service for my car and nothing. There customer service is appalling and I still haven't received a response.
