Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We have reviewed your order and can see you ordered a vertical blind as recess size of 41". You advised the slats only arrived at 39", this is correct for 41" recess size as we need to allow for the headrail, mechanisms and clearance within the recess space you told us was 41".

You then advised that would would reorder to accomodate a 43" recess drop size. This would be chargeable as the originals had been manufactured correctly.

Gemma provided 25% discount against the cost of replacements.

We apologise for any disappointment.
