Poor delivery.

I placed the order on Monday 13th. Plenty of time before I go abroad with my new t shirts. 3 to 5 working days delivery. Monday 20th, 5 working days, I send an email saying if it does not arrive by Wednesday 22nd I will cancel or send back if delivered late. Received delivered on the Wednesday. I should not have to chase up like this.

Delivered to wrong house...

I received an email saying the parcel had been delivered and an accompanying photograph of the parcel going through the letterbox. But it wasn't MY letterbox! I had to check out which neighbours letterbox it was and get it myself. Our house number is clearly visible on the front of our house and we get dozens of deliveries successfully delivered.

YouFibre...very impressed...

Decided to try Youfibre at the end of October. Filled in the simple on line application form and chose a date about eight days later when we had arrived home from Sweden. Had a couple of texts/emails asking if we still wanted to go ahead. The day before installation we received a call saying when they would arrive. On installation day they arrived five minutes early, no problem, and an hour or so later all was done. A good explanation of what they had done and the app. Now enjoying watching catch up football without buffering and with a much crisper picture. Reception seems excellent on all three levels of the house. Very impressed. Oh, the online chat was also useful. Wanted to know if they had cancelled my previous contract or did I have to do it. Very quick with a clear answer
