This is an effcient Water Distiller I previously owned a Viafosa (It was very good from 2018 to now) which had a shiny steel look to it and this one is bland not shiny, but it works equally well and about the same sound when Distilling as other brands. The Water Tastes good and this has a Warranty and Guarrantee which is essential. I am uncertain as to how it might look in two years time inside after Distilling for that long I will let you know. Eventually they all wear out and you have to replace them. The Service seems excellent I will let you know. The Glass Jug is beautiful, but I need someone to put it together so I am using my existing one. I like the fact I can buy Formula 56 from this company to use only occasionally and a Big Plus is the Sellers are British and not Chinese, whose products and Service are inferior and almost non-existent once you have actually bought the Distiller from them and they are cheaper online, but dodgy Sellers was my expereince when I asked to return one recently, after not even wanting to use it or taking the leads out of their packaging no Safety obvious, so PayPal found in my favour and no returns were available. Whereas this company accept them and give good Service and they are available to talk to direct. Also the Safety aspect is one you need to always consider with electrical Goods such as these, that is why I will only buy British now even if the components are manufactured abroad in some respects British Safety Standards are always met when put together here. The Staff at this company are both friendly and knowledgeable and their Website is quite clear. They gave a next Day Delivery. Formula 56 is a low-sodium Drinking Water Supplement to balance pH and provide essential Minerals for Distilled Drinking water. My experience is good so far and I have no issues yet and do not anticipate any until it has been used a great deal, then it would be at the bottom of the Distiller where they tend to wear out and I am told they cannot be refurbished, you have to buy new again which is a shame when the outside continues to look good. I am very happy with this recent purchase and have no problem recommending it.
