First watch I bought from Lee and from the start , the communication was excellent. I would recommend Lee to anyone as the service I received was excellent . Looking forward to dealing with Lee again in the future .

I have shopped at Jules b for the last 10 years and visited the shop weekly when I lived Jesmond but since then I now live in London and buy online .
Recently I bought a pair of swimming shorts in Large but they arrived in Medium . I have recently sent them back and they are refusing a refund due to hygiene procedure .





I will be taken this further but in the mean time I have asked for my other credit to be refunded in my bank and shut my account down . I will take my business elsewhere.
Very disappointed in then and have lost a good customer .

As I have mentioned to you previously , the medium set was for a present . As I said previously , I have around £70 credit with I would like refunded and shut my account down as I will be taking this matter further .

Dear Derek,

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your Jules B experience.

The reason your return was rejected was due to the items that you wished to return did not appear to be from your recent order.

We can see you bought the same item in two separate sizes Medium and Large on two separate orders around a month apart, at the time you contacted us to advise that you received the item in a Medium on your most recent order for the Large, we checked our system and all the evidence suggests that the item was sent to you in a size Large.

We asked if you would be able to provide images of both the tags on both the items ordered on sperate orders, this would have shown that you had received the same product in a size Medium for both the size Large order and the size Meidum order, has this of been done we would have confirmation that you received the product in the size Medium on both occasions and we would have been able to resolve this issue for you.

However, you were reluctant to provide an image of both the swim shorts sent showing the size on both from both separate orders, therefore, the only evidence we had on this matter suggested that you had received the size Large from your recent order and the size Medium from your previous order.


As we were unable to gather all the evidence required to show that the shorts have been received in a size medium on both orders we were unable to take the matter further.

If you wish to provide an image of both the tags on the shorts showing that you received a Medium on both orders rather than a Medium and a Large you can send this to customercare@julesb.co.uk and we will be able to look into this further.

Customer Service

I sent my Breitling World to Luxury Watches back in early May .Still haven't received my watch back . I send numerous email as no- one has the decency to respond .
I will now visit the shop and demand why watch back and send it to Breitling direct , which i should of done originally .
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone .

KEEP CLEAR

I sent my Brietling World in for a repair due to the crown stem broke . They have have the watch back in early May and still have received it back . I have sent emails and no response .

The only reason i sent it to them because i thought it would be quicker that sending it direct to Brietling , how wrong was i !!

I have a vast watch collection and this was the first time i have use these people and it will be the LAST .

The communication is terrible , i would advise anyone to keep well clear .

They did try and take this review off as they said I wasn’t genuine until I send the original email to Trustpilot.
