Bought a special buy of asstd spring bulbs via Martin Lewis Money Tips website.
Packet arrived yesterday, well packed with a full list of what they are. Will plant end of November and await results with interest next spring.

We have had the same delivery driver for years and she is always friendly, efficient and professional and we know any parcels that are being delivered will be dealt with safely and professionally.

Pure Gym is a friendly gym for all levels male and female. In the whole it is very reasonably priced. Downsides are that recently maintenance has been well below par. Also current management team is not managing the members in a strong way. E.g. too many members not putting weights away and/or hogging weights. Members on machines spending way too much time on their phones between sets. Certain members slamming heavily weighted barbells down onto the floor between sets of clean and jerks/ deadlifts etc.

This would have been a 5 star rating if not for the fact that most of the gym goers don't seem to understand that the Covid pandemic is by no means over and steadfastly refuse to wear masks on entering and leaving the gym, in changing rooms and when not actually on equipment. I know it's not compulsory but there is either a) a total lack of knowledge or b) a disregard for other people's safety..
The gym itself is clean and safe and the gym team and the PTs all wear masks and abide by sensible precautions, a pity the members don't.
PS Pure Gym refuse to publish this review and it contains " legally sensitive material" ???

Considering that this was a loss leader promotion I had a very good experience. The product arrived promptly and was very good quality and a cool style.
As I did not want to be tied to an ongoing contract I followed the instructions and cancelled my membership which was very easy. Well done to ON THAT ASS👍🏼😊

Although cleaning in Loughborough gym is generally very good there is still no intervention by staff on two points 1. People wandering around the gym and coming into and out of gym with no masks and 2. Spotting at racks and machines, despite numerous signs around. I understand there is no legal requirement for this but Pure gym have set these rules and I would have thought, if the company takes the health of its clients seriously, it would enforce these rules rigourously, with sanctions for those not abiding with them. I have no wish to stop using the gym but neither do I want to catch Covid from a gym goer breathing all over me. Neither do I want to have to go into lockdown again because there is an upsurge in Covid related deaths due to gym goers. I know the industry says that gyms are safe and there are very few cases proved to be caused by going to the gym, but this is because no one checks into the venue using the NHS app either because, being young or ignorant or both, they haven't downloaded it or like me people won't check in because if it shows contact with people in gym with Covid I cannot afford to take two weeks off work to isolate. I really hope Pure gym start to take notice, as I'm sure this must be country wide and not just limited to one gym and I really want to be able to continue to use the gym SAFELY.

Up to Corona virus I have always given Pure Gym 5 star reviews. However between second and third lockdown November/December last year I was highly concerned that protocols, posted by Pure Gym itself, regarding the wearing of face masks when not actually exercising on a machine or mat were not being enforced as was the no Spotting rule, so I did two things, first I froze my contract as being 66 I didn't feel safe in the gym and secondly wrote a comprehensive review praising everything except the above. I got an e mail back saying they couldn't publish it because of "legally sensitive content". I didn't really think too much of it as I wasn't going to be there. The gym reopened on Monday after third lockdown and the same thing was happening so I left a similar review on Monday after being in gym. The next day I managed to have a talk with the manager and expressed my concerns and he assured me that the staff took the wearing of masks seriously and were trying to control it. I accepted his assurances but then yesterday I had another e mail from Pure Gym to say, once again it couldn't publish my review because of the same reason as before ! Totally unacceptable. This is why I thought I would come to the Trustpilot site to try and get a review published.
