Very serious and safety related bad reviews are hidden

Get your guide does not allow feedback on trips cancelled for a serious reason on the company they are using (safety, the company they use not turning up, and almost fraud to tourists) . For me and my 14 year old son - our tour in Morocco didn’t arrive, and 45 minutes later they sent a bus and asked us to pay again double the cost, and kept adding money which was upcosted to add extra money to a deserted location. After saying no, we got off and they left us in the middle of the desert in Morocco in 44C heat when we refused to pay. I asked get your guide to cancel, they did. But then I was unable to leave a review at all to the travel company booked through them. Any company they are using, if super bad like this, you aren’t able to leave a bad review if cancelled. And therefore bad reviews are hidden

Have stopped checking electronics before they sell them

iMac good condition, keyboard supplied was disgusting, dirty and keys stuck. Several didn’t work. Christmas present so unable to return whole computer plus keyboard to CeX without my son having no Christmas present. Really disappointed with company. I thought they were supposed to check the electronics provided work to a decent standard before selling them...
On top of this beware that CeX have no actual phone number and you can only contact them on their online form which takes days to get a response from!

I apologise for the issue you have faced with the keyboard received with the iMac and I understand that you are unhappy with the time taken for the response from our support team.

All products brought to us for sale are thoroughly checked and tested before they are traded in. I have highlighted this to the sourcing store so that they can improve on their testing methods in order to avoid these instances in future.

Amazing

Amazing. My son has done so well since attending here and got an excellent school report. Their reward system works really well. My son loves going and I can have some time to get shopping done whilst he is learning. Win win situation. The staff are lovely and I would highly recommend.
