Extortion and fraud

I hope all non-British drivers and the manager of this thief, fraudster and extortionist company see this message from me. This is the third time this company has abused the law to scam me. They claim to have sent me eight letters and I have ignored them, while I am an Uber driver and have been registered auto pay at Heathrow Airport for three years. And once a year they steal between 150 and 280 pounds from me under this pretext. At least, like me, you should email your local MP and complain to the regulatory body for these companies. Get help from artificial intelligence and don't pay these thieves for free and easy. This company only steals from non-British drivers. And the manager of the Debt Recovery Company thief, remember that this money is dirty and you will never be able to live a good and peaceful life from these extortions that you forcefully take from us foreign drivers and you will definitely pay a heavy price. The only place for a thief is in prison. Even if you claim that you are not aware that your employees are committing these thefts, you are still an incompetent and stupid manager that your employees are stealing like this right under your eyes and that you and the board of directors are not aware of it. I, who am the one to blame for all this extortion and theft from hardworking drivers who work seven days a week to be able to provide for ourselves and our families, hold you responsible. I hope the manager or officials of the insurance company see my message. After the accident, the delay in taking my car to the repair shop, one day less than the replacement car, and two months of repair time that caused serious damage to my life, they rejected my objection with unjustified reasons, and most importantly, when the company driver delivered the car to me، Claiming that I was just a driver, he refused to do a drive-check, Only he took £550 and left. After driving, I noticed that the rear (right) tire was making noise, I called the repair shop on the insurance contract and they claimed that we only repair the damaged part. While the accident and impact were exactly on the rear wheel (left side) and the entire bearing (left wheel) and rear axle were replaced, and any simple and novice expert would realize that pressure and damage were also applied to the right wheel when the severity of the accident was such that the left wheel and axle were replaced. I had to go to the Hyundai dealership and buy the bearing, pay £223.51, pay £80 to the mechanic to replace it, and send both invoices with full explanations to the insurance company. Unfortunately, the insurance company claimed that the right-side bearing was damaged due to high mileage (95,000 miles) and had nothing to do with the accident. While my car is a late 2020 model, and these types of bearings, made in Korea, generally last between 15 and 20 years, I really feel sorry for the insurance company who, by using these ignorant experts, are avoiding paying me £300, which is a very small amount of money compared to the damages that have been caused to me due to the negligence and lack of responsibility of the insurance company. This was the job of the same expert who was supposed to drive the car after the contractor's repair shop finished its work. Not that he would make up for his own incompetence by harming me with ridiculous and ridiculous comments. I hope that a responsible and conscientious person at the insurance company sees this message and at least compensates for this loss by paying my expenses. Otherwise, with this method of working, I would not recommend signing a contract with this insurance company to any driver.

Costumer Service (0) I have a very bad experience with this…

I have a very bad experience with this Hyundai branch, the customer service of this branch is zero, the car was delivered to me two days after full payment, without MOT certificate, after a week and calls and emails, they finally gave me the MOT. They emailed that it was out of date and I missed my PCO appointment and had to pay £120 again and another £40 for the MOT, unfortunately no one from this branch took responsibility for this loss and my email was answered. I regret doing business with this branch. I could not work for a week only because the Staff and manager of this branch are not professional and do not fulfill their duties in front of the customer.

Bank account fraud I am an Uber taxi driver in London

I am an Uber taxi driver in London, UK. My story with Box company started on the day when my bank card expired and Uber company could not deposit the weekly salary to my bank account. According to Uber's request, I was forced to register in the app of the Box company, which is the company's office in America, so that Uber could deposit the one week's salary into my account with the help of the Box company, and after the deposit, I received the salary, and I Request the Box company to close my account in the app and delete my bank details. Unfortunately, Box company secretly withdrew £172.80 pounds (£57:60) pounds per month) from my account for three months without my permission. Box company does not explain why it took this amount from my account, this is a clear theft and a dirty and unethical act. I have been emailing the box company many times for four months, and unfortunately they rejected my request and ignore me . I hope that the manager of this company will see my message and order the money to be returned to my account, this is good for the reputation of box, box had no right to betray my trust and take my money.

I had a very bad and harmful experience…

I had a very bad and harmful experience with this company, they are very irresponsible and unprofessional, it is not even possible to see the company manager and they only withdraw money from your account for many reasons, I rented a car from this company. It worked for a month and with the same rent they gave me a smaller and weaker car and they never accepted responsibility. The contract with Splend was a bitter loss for me and I wanted to inform all drivers about this experience. This is a robbery and theft from It is drivers, please do not fall into the trap of this company.

It has not been an easy journey trying…

It has not been an easy journey trying to recover my lost iPhone, however after 8 months of dealing with this company I have FINALLY had my phone restored. 10 months ago I had a contract with…

10 months ago I had a contract with this company . I paid £90 for phone insurance, I lost my phone 6 months ago. I sent them every document they asked for. I complied with them and gave them as much information as needed and they still would not replace my phone. The reviews on here are fake, the company is fake. I am appalled by their customer service. I contacted them over 50 times via telephone to no avail. I urge everyone not to use this “company”.
