Ordered on 13th October and still waiting for my delivery

Ordered on 13th October and still waiting for items to be delivered. I also had no order confirmation e mail and no further communication from the delivery company. Very disappointed so far and they've already deducted the amount from my credit card. UPDATE: The delivery company has said that my delivery was refused. This is absolutely not true as my mother is housebound and always someone home plus Evri
drivers know the delivery instructions. I have asked for photographic evidence of the driver's attempt of delivery as I have cctv doorbell evidence to call upon if required. Conflicting information as I think that Evri may have tried a delivery at the wrong address. I wish that companies don't use Evri as they've
have got worse over the past few months and some of my other companies that I have purchased from have changed delivery companies. Fashion friendly customer care service are also being given conflicting information in regards to my delivery. Now have to wait until Thursday to find
out if Evri are going to deliver the parcel they've been paid to deliver. Katie and Tracey from customer care services have phoned to say that they're are raising a complaint to Evri and will get a replacement delivery out to me ASAP.

My order was dispatched and delivered with my items that I couldn't buy anymore in my local pharmacy in perfect condition. I was kept informed about my order. So I'm pleased with the customer service care received and will place further orders with my hair and beauty in the future.

Poor ordering and delivery service

Placed order 25th January however after 12 working days still no delivery. I had to keep contacting them to find out what was happening. One item they said that they were waiting for after two order requests ( of which when I contacted the brand customer service dept they told me it had been discontinued)and another item was now stopped(however I had to place an order directly with the brand website and pay separate postage charges) now that I have requested a full and immediate refund of my order. However the really annoying thing was as a unpaid carer for my vulnerable and housebound mother she relies on me to purchase items for her and a few of the items that I had ordered were toiletries that she was needing plus they had wasted my valuable time as well and added more expense in ordering direct from the brand website at least the waiting time for my order from the brands directly are handled more efficiently and professionally. All along British chemist were saying that they were processing my order. I will not be placing any more orders in the future from them even with their 10% off discount offer.

Poor complaints action after store visit

I phoned head office on 3rd January about a rude and embarrassing in store experience from a member of staff. After two phone calls to Head Office there will be no apologies forthcoming from Head Office or the store manager.
I haven't been back to that store since as I have not been given an apology or reassurance that this wouldn't happen again.

I thoroughly enjoy my weekly card crafting workshops …

I thoroughly enjoy my weekly card crafting workshops at Craft Bliss. I always find it's a lovely friendly and non competitive atmosphere to spend 2 hrs away from my caring duties. The shop is also well stocked with all price points products to help us recreate the cards that we make in the workshop sessions as we are given a tutorial instruction pack along with the card that we make. All we have to do is turn up for our pre booked workshop session and enjoy spending 2hrs making various themed cards that aren't available in the local High Street shops. Go on give it a try. Leave your phone alone for a few hours. You too may enjoy it.

With my first order from YTC I received…

With my first order from YTC I received excellent customer service and fast delivery service. Thank you to Louise who sent a replacement for a hanging basket that had one part missing of which was delivered on a Sunday. I won't hesitate to reorder with YTC in future and they sell items that I can't buy in local stores nowadays.

Easier to use the live chat rather than…

Easier to use the live chat rather than waiting on the phone. Answered my questions that couldn't be done in the Q & A section. However OVO could have put the information on the Warm home discount on their Web page and made it more clearer on how to apply especially as GOV.UK states to contact OVO directly

Easy to order and collect

Easy to order and choose collection site although my items were crushed but still useable.However the item I purchased a walking boot bag has its carry handle on the side of the bag and not on the top like the welly boot bag so it's badly designed as the boot is tipped downwards & forward unlike the welly boot bag keeps the boots in an upright position inside the bag and doesn't get dirt and mud on the back of the bag's zip fastening

Slow delivery and unsealed box.

I received the feedback e mail before I received my order delivery. Also my order wasn't dispatched within the delivery time frame so I phoned the customer care team and they organised the order to be dispatched promptly. The product seems good value for money and cheaper than Ableworld. However one box was not sealed !

I can see the punched stitches marks…

I can see the punched stitches marks along the bottom of my bathroom roller blinds and when it was finally ready for dispatching I delayed the delivery date by 24 hrs due to a medical appointment however it was still delivered on the original date. Luckily I had returned from my medical appointment 15 minutes prior to the delivery.

Avoid from buying from this company

This company took nearly 2 months to collect a faulty step ladder. They also previously sent me an item with someone else's name & address etc on the delivery note. Also after nearly 2 months after my first request I am still being harassed by numerous phone calls from Easylife even after I requested to not be contacted by them at all. So be warned if you purchase anything from this company that you will be plagued by numerous phone calls and scam phone calls from offering you their magazine as well! I have even phoned and e mailed Easylife customer services constantly since my first request to remove my contact details and not to receive anymore phone calls from this company and even after two months I still get phone calls plus I am not the only person to have these harassing phone calls as other people have also reported Easylife. It also seems worrying that Easylife doesn't have control over their customers data information.

Some disappointment in the jigsaw puzzles quality and length of delivery time

I am disappointed with the quality of the jigsaw puzzles as they seem a bit too thin and fragile to be used a few times. The length of time it took for them to be delivered took nearly 10 days to arrive. A parcel I sent to USA only took 4 days! The edging of the mixpix photo tiles were not finished off as well as another company's one that I had previously purchased. Had I paid full price for them I would have felt short changed.However I am pleased with the quality of the canvases that I purchased.

As I had already tried to buy in store and after waiting for over 20 mins to enter the pharmacy in Kinson only to be told there wasn't any in stock I then had to order online and wait a few extra more days to collect the urgently required blood pressure monitor. I would have liked to have bought in the pharmacy there and then.
