I’m really really disappointed- and think this company is taking g advantage of people.
I sent a mixed box ( as recommended) had watches, cross pens ( brand new in boxes), Rayban sunglasses, vintage toy cars, coins, iPods , silver vines etc etc and they offered me £87 fir the whole lot. 4 of the items alone are worth more than that.
They also took ages to get back to me with the offer.
I’ve asked for the box back - I’d rather give it to charity than line the pockets of Vintage Cash Cow.
Beware if you are going to try them!

I Have used Crystal Travel twice recently and they have found me great flights and deals - especially John Morris - who was amazing!

CONTINUED APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - still battling with Fitbit after 2 MONTHS to sort out a replacement watch for my Fitbit Versa 3 - which was under warranty and failed after 8 MONTHS!!!!
I have now had multiple conversations with many different people, the wrong replacements sent twice, refurbished ( and NOT WORKING) pebble placements twice and I am STILL without a watch!
They agreed 2.5 weeks ago to give me a full refund - within 2-5 business days via PayPal ....and GUESS WHAT ...yes...I am STILL WAITING!
What on earth has happened to this company - it is beyond bad. If I could give them a MINUS 10 for customer service I would.
Message to FITBIT/GOOGLE - please sort this situation out immediately - I will just continue to call you out on it and out off other customers from dealing with you or buying your merchandise - they will be doing so at their peril. Shocking- truly shocking customer "care"

My Versa3 packed up within warranty- and to cut a VERY LONG And STRESSFUL story short ….

- I’m on my Third replacement watch
- About to send this back too
- Latest replacement effort was a REFURBISHED (!!!) Versa 4 - pebble only - and wrong colour
- Got Fitbit support team SUPERVISORS involved
-Still can’t sort a replacement
- Now been without a watch for 5 weeks
-Customer service is DISPICABLE
- GOOGLE AND FITBIT should be totally ASHAMED of themselves

BUT - they actually don’t care - if they did they would respond to all these myriad of shocking reviews and sort themselves out.

Absolutely shocking customer service since Google took over.

My Versa 3 stopped working after 9 months and I have been trying to sort replacement out for almost a month now.

Their customer service support is diabolical and littered with incompetence and mistakes.

The Versa 3 is apparently no longer in stock or available so without any consultation they sent me a Versa 4 - which is not a problem- except my 3 was silver and they have sent me a PINK Versa4… which I have told them I DONT WANT!

They won’t send me a silver one until I send this one back and have so far sent me a returns label for the USA instead of the UK and have done this now TWICE.

I have asked to speak to supervisors and like others have been fobbed off and then sent unsatisfactory emails.

I STILL don’t have the correct return label and have been without my watch ( my only watch) for almost 4 weeks now.

In case anyone from Fitbit/Google takes any notice of all these terrible reviews ( they aren’t replying so probably not!) …my case number is # 51865985

To anyone thinking of buying a Fitbit - DONT. I have had one for 9 years and loved it and had great service until Google took them over- now it’s all terrible.
Google you should be totally ashamed of your customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I was sent the wrong goods in September 2023 ( 4 MONTHS AGO) and managed to return them - using full Royal Mail tracking. They have been received in China but I STILL haven't got my £250 refund - not a small amount of money.
Cant get an answer from anyone - and messages keep saying they are dealing with it - which they clearly ARE NOT!
My order was via Black Friday Megastore - Order Number 103671146 - if Fruugo are reading these reviews I suggest someone sorts this immediately - or I will keep posting same awful review.
