Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service since Google took over.

My Versa 3 stopped working after 9 months and I have been trying to sort replacement out for almost a month now.

Their customer service support is diabolical and littered with incompetence and mistakes.

The Versa 3 is apparently no longer in stock or available so without any consultation they sent me a Versa 4 - which is not a problem- except my 3 was silver and they have sent me a PINK Versa4… which I have told them I DONT WANT!

They won’t send me a silver one until I send this one back and have so far sent me a returns label for the USA instead of the UK and have done this now TWICE.

I have asked to speak to supervisors and like others have been fobbed off and then sent unsatisfactory emails.

I STILL don’t have the correct return label and have been without my watch ( my only watch) for almost 4 weeks now.

In case anyone from Fitbit/Google takes any notice of all these terrible reviews ( they aren’t replying so probably not!) …my case number is # 51865985

To anyone thinking of buying a Fitbit - DONT. I have had one for 9 years and loved it and had great service until Google took them over- now it’s all terrible.
Google you should be totally ashamed of your customer service.
