Because you taking all my domains who…

Because you taking all my domains who expired for sale and I can't register again anymore. I'm loosing all of them. You didn't give any chance to your customers to take them back !!!

27.02.2023 ---> I know very well how the industry works because I'm from 1989 in this industry registering over 300 domain names. So I know very well how the industry works in the past and how they industry works today. In the past when a domain expired the provider release the domain, so it was able to register this domain again. Now when a domain expire, you sell it to someone else because the only thing that matter for you is to make profits of the loses domains. This is how the industry works today and this is how to makes business today. Nobody care about the founder of the domain... because today everything is business and profits like they said your loss is my win, "Your death is my Life". So I have the right for my own opinion for the beautiful world of business of domain name industry and how works today. Have a nice day !!!

Update: Thank you for your updated response and acknowledging that you know how the industry works. Yes, after 30 days of expiration, meaning the domain was allowed to remain expired with non-payment for 30 days, we may sell the domain to someone else via the auction process. As a small business in an industry with very slim margins, if any at all for most domain sales, it is true that we are interested in turning a profit. We explain the expiration process in our expiration notices and link to a knowledge base article that further explains it in detail. I am confused as to why someone would let their domains expire, for 30 or more days especially, when they know how the industry works in this regard. I personally would not take the risk.

Original: You let your domains expire, some for over 30 days. When that happens the domains get deleted or sold to others, this is the way the industry works. I suggest not letting your domains expire, when you do you no longer "own" the domains and you are at risk of losing them.
