I asked Purple Bricks for valuation of my property, very quickly Suzanne Topham called me, she knew the market very well indeed, and it helped a lot she was was a "people person", friendly but professional. She carried out research on the area of my property in order to determine the right selling price. Very quickly Suzanne seemed to produce viewing clients like rabbits out of a hat, and because there were so many then I was very happy that I had 3 offers within a week, and I happily accepted one of these. I was pleased that I paid the extra and have Suzanne arrange all the viewings and negotiations. Suzanne has the experience and expertise to do this very well. Overall I was completely satisfied with my experience of Purple Bricks.
