Ordered mains conditioner
Ordered mains conditioner, after 11 days no sign of the item, asked about ETA, reply was basically wait we are busy, chased again and response was do you want a refund, no apology, no you should get it within the next couple of days ,,,,based on MCRU replies, I decided on a refund,, terrible customer service, cannot comment on product as never received!

Be warned, shambolic customer support on tv 2 weeks old!
Be warned, terrible after sales service, purchased a TV (£2400) ordered on Monday delivered Tuesday 2 weeks ago, v good service.
I noticed by accident that theTV had no on off button fitted a week after delivery as I had always used the remote, that's when the good news ends , had to send pictures , videos , more videos , the tv was less than 2 weeks old! Call Centre staff rude, tried to talk over me , were not listening to my problem , kept apologizing and reading from scrips, one even said my problem was my remote as he hadn't even bothered to read the notes. 7 days ago I was told that I had to send the tv back and then they would send out a replacement and that could take 7 - 10 working days, tv was collected Tuesday and this morning was told that the 7 - 10 working days has not started yet so its going to be 20 calendar days without a TV! So many lies, broken promises, no updates and lack of customer care, I have always bought Samsung TVs , never again. worse service I have experienced in my entire life.

item was shop display, I get that but its badly marked, dirty and not even the correct power lead, there was a new one in Southampton only as it was too far I went to London city showroom, price is the same as a new one, instead I have this dirty well marked unit. If RS read this they should swap it for a new one instantly!
