Ann from customer services was prompt in finding that my parcel had gone missing via yodel, she quickly re ordered my items and for one gave me a refund as currently now out of stock, even though the order went missing via yodel I will still be ordering from OHS as I have purchased many orders over these past few years and I love their stuff !

Waited nearly a week to be verified, but they took my money first and now won't return it until I'm verified, taking my money eventually and won't be playing on this site! Poor customer service, you ring on hold for 15 minutes and then get cut off!

I was disappointed in these as I have tried other branded cheaper ones and they lasted 2 week, I purchased about 5 from holy grail at £3.99 each and they lasted 1 day before the colour started to come off, I will be sticking to purchasing the cheaper ones from elsewhere in future, shame as they look good but don't last.

I love shopping with OHS, I am never disappointed, excellent value for money, it's the only place I buy from for the products they sell that me or my family need!

I bought a small treadmill from this company, came broke on the display unit, all connections was snapped, funny thing is the snapped parts wasn't in the box, I sent pictures and got a reply asking for a video I did that and have been ignored ever since, would never buy from this company again and would not recommend!!!! BE WARNED!!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews first, I just trusted Wowcher wouldn't deal with such con ppl , I'm beyond dissatisfied with my mystery box , straight in the bin it went 😡
