I have bought the sling and the carrier and have been using them so much for both my babies. The quality is amazing through the use and washing has remained strong and durable. If you going to have a baby these are must have in my opinion can’t live without it, can do errands with hands free and the baby’s love being in the sling or carrier they fall asleep. The carrier is easy to wear and adjust as necessary because of the clips, but clips can be hidden on the sides which makes it feel less bulky and light weight. I highly recommend their products!!

I have had no problem with in store shopping of Ikea. We bought a wardrobe and although it was £29 for next day delivery I feel that this is worth the cost and costs less than getting a van and taking it home yourself. They informed me a few hours before of the estimated delivery slot.. which made it easy as I could arrange for someone to be home. Returning items in store is okay as I made sure to scan family card, because I lost the receipt they were able to locate the purchase and provide refund with in store gift card.

We tried to order broadband at the start of september .. gave us a service live date.. nothing happened it was over a month worth of delays in the end had to cancel the order because it was just a joke.. their communication is terrible .. no letters calls or emails back... went with plusnet in the end. The customer service received from talktalk is just not good enough. I am writing the review because I never put a formal complaint in.. they just kept promising service delays and that we would get call backs but never did, we always had to chase them instead, in the end it was too much to cope with. I understand with new build homes there can be issues but if they dealt with things a lot better maybe I would have stayed with them

Ordered a lovely bed from there and they were really flexible with arranging the delivery for us, they let us knew a few days before and also told us on the day when they would arrive, this is really helpful

Fast delivery everything is all good

I had a problem in a last visit and left feedback online, however received a call with apologies and I was asked to come back into store for a goody bag. I am happy with all the items including samples of Lancôme foundation which I was looking to purchase.
Thank you for this as it puts my trust back into shopping with you
