Delivery times are a lie. Poor customer service
Took over 4 weeks for item to arrive yet when ordering it said 2-5 days. Delivery times are a straight lie
Requested cancellation multiple times and was ignored for 3 weeks only to then be told they can’t cancel because it has already been dispatched
