Disappointing

Supplier of England kit: The E dropped of my England tee after one wear & a very careful cold wash. The kit hoodie only came in unisex so the very smallest swamped me. They told me it was a size 8 equivalent😂 I work in sports retail, it was more a uk 14/16. Disappointing ☹️

My package arrived open

My package arrived open. The plastic bag had clearly been cut open with a knife. Luckily the contents weren’t damaged.

Awful customer service

Paid for next day delivery… came 4 days late so I paid extra for a service that I didn’t get. Sent an email to customer services but didn’t get a reply. Order came too late for the party I needed it for yet I’m still expected to pay for its return. Not impressed & won’t be buying again.

Great bank

So easy to use. 1% cash back on spending. Round up account with extra interest. Very easy to contact if you need to talk to a real person. Decent interest rates. Only downside I found was trying to pay a chq in. Very happy otherwise.

Dreadful customer service

Despite the store being very quiet no one in ladies wear bothered to offer any assistance. The 'assistant' in LK Bennett could even be bothered to look up and acknowledge us. Very disappointing.

Disappointing that you don’t cater for smaller sizes across the range. Loved the dress but size 8 was just too big and no size 6 available. Love some of the clothes but without free returns, I would be reluctant to order again.

Really very happy with Jet2holidays

Really very happy with Jet2holidays, From start to finish everything was very smooth. The app made it so easy even with ever changing covid procedures. We were constantly prompted and given links to the next step to take. Downloading boarding passes was so easy and made check in very fast & simple. Hotel (Vital Class, Lanzarote) was great value for money. Overall very pleased and would use again.

Tbh I was bowled over by how helpful Tom at Halfords in Congleton was. I didn't have clue what water coolant I needed but he was so informative without being patronising. Really good customer service which is so rare these days. I will certainly recommend.
