Been a member for 12 years, never had a problem until last 3 deliveries, all via DHL. 1st got lost, 2nd arrived with 3 broken bottles, and again late. Todays delivery, driver was downright rude, dropped my cases onto my floor and promptly ran off. Will not buy again until thet sorr out delicery partner.

We greatly appreciate your twelve years of membership and are sorry to hear about the recent delivery issues.
Due to the nature of the product and the extensive journey that parcels endure in the courier network, losses and breakages can happen, unfortunately. However, if more than two bottles are broken, they are instructed to return the parcel for us to organise a replacement delivery to then be organised. We are sorry that the procedure was not followed on that occasion.
However, there is no excuse for drivers to be rude and discourteous. We will raise this incident with our account manager and ensure that it is fully investigated and not repeated.
DHL deliver thousands of parcels every day for us and they have a better record than any other courier we've ever used in terms of service. We would confidently say that this incident does not represent the service that members would typically receive from DHL and is an isolated instance.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by this negative delivery experience. Please look out for a goodwill gesture from us as an incentive and encouragement to give us another try.
We hope that you enjoy your wines and have a good weekend.
This company is run by people who have no morals or integrity. for example on a previous post the company owner suggests creditors contact this email address, - clientsserivces@ swift-resolution.com with no gap after the @ -It doesn't work, it seems like a strange email address, I challenge the director of Swift Resolution to post back on this site with a e-mail address that works. email address that works.
I signed a contract with this company in May 2023 to recover a debt of c£8000. After request interventions by myself the debt was recovered by Swift in Sept 2024. Since that time i have been presented with numerous excuses why re-payment to me can be executed, Staff Sickness, money laundering rules etc etc. On the 5th December the Director emailed me to assure me payment on 6th January. I find out today that said had applied to strike off the company in June 2024 - whilst continuing to collect debtor payment but clearly no intention of repaying myself.

Dear Client
There appears to be a fair amount of conjecture in the public domain however for clarity, our managing director has decided to wind down Swift after 10yrs, with the company being placed into a CVL (Creditors Voluntary Liquidation) before the end of the fiscal year, when its affairs are in order - which includes clients being paid.
Kindly contact clientsserivces@swift-resolution.com if you require further details.
I contacted Manek solicitors after my son received a Single Notice Justice Procedure Notice from Chiltern Railways, the Notice was both intimidating, contradictory and ambiguous in terms of next steps. Samir responded immediately to a WEB enquiry and explained the various options open to my son in order to avoid a conviction and adverse DBS report. Samir rapidly moved to a negotiated settlement avoiding a conviction, whole process took 3 days start to finish thus avoiding weeks of family stress and angst.
Fairly poor experience, salesman advised me 6 weeks to deliver, in reality took 20 weeks. Difficult to deal with, not my dept governor approach. Should of gone with cheaper quoting company, at least they were honest aboit delivery timescales.

Hi Mr Gore. We would like to offer our apologies for the delay in fitting your installation. We experienced severe supply chain issues at the end of last year and deeply regret the impact these had on our customers. We accept that our customer service fell short of expected norms during this period and should like to thank you for your understanding while waiting for your installation. We are sure your new doors will serve you well for many years to come. Kindest Regards, Britelite Windows
I would urge people to avoid this shambolic company. I place my order on 3rd May - based on an indicative delivery of 2-5 days. - after excuses about warehouse moves, pandemic, staff training I was assured a deliver for 14th Masy . 3 PM comes and they tell me that its been delayed. It finally arrives on 15th - AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. UK Bathrooms advise they can only deliver to right address 4 days later.
If you email them - you get a reply a few days later. If you call them expect to wait hours for the call to be answered.
Fair price, all went smmothly apart from exit, 10 min wait in Q.......may seem perty but when you pay a premium service i expect to be out the car part quick
