Bitterly disappointed

The order took a while to arrive. The Neil’s look lovely and the packaging is good but that’s as good as it gets ! The instructions refer to nail glue and there is nothing to advise how to get the glue pads off the backing. I ended up with glue pads which curled up or tore before they got anywhere near my nails. He nail file provided is useless. A complete waste of money

My dogs love your products but I don't love the amount of packaging you use. A box within a box containing the sealed bags. It really is a box too many and such a terrible waste.

The packaging and smell are lovely but…

The packaging and smell are lovely but I just can't get the shampoo to lather. I have made certain my hair is really, really wet but I have to use multiple pumps to get any sort of lather at all which will make it expensive.

Our shampoo can sometimes lather less than shampoos that contain Sulphates, (harsh cleansers that can also be naturally derived) however, as the scalp function increases during this transition phase, the lathering may increase, although we recommend not getting too attached to the lathering and rather go by how your hair and scalp feel.

We generally recommend using approximately four pumps of the products, and you can add a little more water to your hair once you have begun to massage the shampoo in. Sometimes, double washing helps too -- 4 pumps on the first wash followed by another 3-4 pumps on the second wash. After a couple more washes in, you'll find that you won't need to wash more often. :)

Lather is a result of excess surfactant (oils consume surfactants), this is why sulphate-based shampoos are generally too strong for the hair and scalp. Shampoo is a fine balance between cleansing while not damaging hair and scalp. This is why we use much gentler, scalp friendly, plant-based surfactants.

Great treatment. Appalling service

The treatment my dog got from the various vets who treated her during her emergency admission were outstanding. She was rushed into hospital last weekend and I paid the bill of just over £3,000 before she came home. Clearly it was not easy to find this sort of money unexpectedly just after Christmas. New Priory now tell me they will take three to four weeks to send the claim to my insurance company because they are so busy!! This is completely unacceptable. If they can't cope then they should employ more staff! I am now left thousands of pounds out of pocket because of their failings.

BIG sign on door saying "Please leave order on doorstep" along with delivery number, they banged on door and were about to walk off with food if I hadn't got out the bath. Buyer Beware!

I previously used this company but stopped years ago. A few weeks ago I looked at the website and put some items in the “basket” to see what the total came to as I was comparing other food delivery companies. I decided Mindful Chef were too expensive for me so left without completing the order. On Sunday I got a text notification to say my food would be delivered that day. I immediately contacted them and they told me I was unable to cancel the order which I hadn’t confirmed in the first place! They said they had sent a confirmation email together with another asking for updated payment details. I get so many unsolicited emails the moment I go onto a website I deleted any emails I got from them. I have a tiny fridge and had nowhere to put the food as I had just done a weekly shop so said they could come and take it back. They can’t do that apparently but said they would give me a 50% discount. They are asking me for payment and want me to put my card details on their website. I don’t trust them with my card details so to draw a line under this I have reluctantly said I will pay by bank transfer. I am really, really cross about this. I have to spend £21.75 on a load of food I won’t have time to eat and don’t have anywhere to store.
