Disappointing and disgusting .
First of all they change the delivery date as they please, the website algorithm is designed to rob the customers as after viewing a certain product for 2 or 3 times the price increases by 50%.
Customer service is a joke and it is all designed to work against the customer.
If you value your time and money avoid at all costs.

I was issued a parking ticket in September , no ticket has been left on my windscreen. Three weeks later I have received a letter in the mail stating that I now have to pay £100 instead of £60 because I haven t paid the charge on time. Have disputed the fact that I have only received just one letter in the mail and no parking ticket charge note has been left on my windscreen.They didn t admit their wrong and devious doing however they ve agreed that I should only pay £60. This company's website has a trust certificate issued by a ghost company in the US with no business address , have raised this concern with Countrywide parking via two emails however no one bothered to reply back. For all I know their dodgy website can steal people banking details. Why would a UK website have a domain trust certificate issued by a company in the US ?

I would give a minus five star review if i could. I will make this short as I do not wish to get anyone bored with this Hermes bs.I have ordered a pair of jeans from superdry , in 2 weeks time only one delivery was attempted, have amended my delivery location to a neighbour which is home most of the time and that did not help as well, have tried to contact Hermes but there is no phone number or email address. This is the forth time that me and my wife are ordering online from superdry or tkmaxx and after 2 -3 weeks time we have to request a refund as Hermes can t be bothered to do their job.
In any other country this so called courier company would have been out of business in a few months.To all the companies that associate their brand name with these scammers , you should be ashamed of your greed and your lack of customer care.
I know very well how this Hermes company operates as I used to know someone who worked for them,a total joke and disregard for the customers.
I don t have the words to describe how much stress this company caused us as I have spent hundreds of pounds ordering online and waited weeks on end for my deliveries to arrive which did not happen and then i had to wait a week more to get my money back from the companies I was ordering from.
Disgusting...that is all i can say.
