I have just changed my car over to Motor-Vision Car Insurance, I had a few things to sort out and I contacted them through WhatsApp, everything was sorted out by Chole very quickly with know fuss, a credit to your company.

Yesterday the 23rd July my wife and I awaited the delivery of a recliner chair and medical type bed and even though thy were coming from Reading and was expecting them at 12 o'clock, I received a telephone at about 9 o'clock from Raymond who said that would be with us in about 50 minutes.
Raymond and Jason were very curtious and polite, got on with the job of assembling the bed and chair, cleaned up after themselves. They are a credit to your company, in fact from day one when we had your home team visit us at our home to show us the chair and bed they also were a credit to your company, we didn't think that sort of service existed anymore.

I wanted to update the Memory on my laptop, looked at several companies online and decided to choose Mr Memory, I found there webs page so easy to follow and made it very easy in choosing the correct memory for my Acer Laptop.
It was the day before Bank Holiday Monday and I thought I wouldn't be recieving the new memory till the end of the week, on Tuesday at about 11am I received an email informing me that my order was on it's way, also informing me of how to install the new memory cards and a telephone number just in case I hit any problems.
By 10-30 on Wednsday morning I received my order, what service! I would have no problem in recomending Mr Memory.

I had a small enquiry about the Plants I received, I sent them a message and I received a reply within 10 minutes, which resolved the matter. A big thank you to Tabitha who delt with this issue.

I contacted Wildanet on June 10th as I was very interested in getting full fiber broadband and after speaking to the sales assistance,I decided to place my order. It now 19th June and the installation has now been completed. I would like to thank the whole team who was involved in dealing with my order of getting the installation installed, I found everybody very professional. A special thanks to Jody Graham and Joshua Cheal who I had long talks with and a thank you to Rio Hall who dellt with the porting over of my telephone number and putting on the phone divert. The installation workers did an excellent job of installing the fiber cable and the engineer arrived on time to install the rooter, all in all a job well done by everyone.

The gentleman who I talk to and helped me, made it very easy to complete the purchase of the insurance for my car. Very polite, a credit to your company.

When visiting your store looking for a winter jacket, I found your staff very helpful. It was nice to shop in such a pleasant atmosphere.

From start to finish I was very pleased with the level of service I got from Mr Memory. Good communication and excellent delivery service.
