Purchased Radley Crossbody Bag

Purchased a Radley Crossbody Bag which arrived without a crossbody strap, I certainly did not find this company helpful at all, requested a replacement strap which was totally ignored and received no answer to the request
Eventually after messaging and receiving messages from different agents totally ignoring what I had requested initially informed I could return this bag, the process made so difficult I asked for a partial Refund which I accepted rather than take the risk of this item not being received back to this company as so many rules and regulations were in place
Refund of £10 for a crossbody strap is what I was offered a ludicrous amount as paid £114.50 for Bag
I have had to purchase a strap from another company, also like to add this bag being purchased for a Present made the situation even more difficult
Certainly will not be purchasing from Wardow in the future

Unfortunately due to courier DPD delivering parcel in such a terrible condition

Unfortunately due to courier bringing a parcel which looked as though it had been through wars
Battered, Hole in Box, such bad condition I would not have been happy to open box as included in my order being porcelain items also wine glasses
Therefore did not have the chance to check inside box
Disappointing as this being part of a wedding present
Obviously this not being a reflection on yourselves, although not sure you use any other courier as I do not wish to have any more dealings with DPD, as I found courier very rude and verbally abusive, as he snatched the box when I queried the condition of parcel, and took off with it
Appreciate my Refund, my Son went shopping for me, happy to say he collected a few other items, all being well

Left parcel in foyer of building

Left parcel in foyer of building, where anyone could have picked up parcel
44 flats in building left outside of office door, no one in office until after noon, left 10.11am, courier buzzed me I spoke to courier and told him I was on second floor, he never came to my door
I have mobility issues therefore had to ask someone to collect parcel, lucky parcel was still there
Disgraceful way to treat customers

Extremely Unhelpful Customer Service

Received Four Items, which were not as described, advertised BPA Free when received came complete with a sticker informing me these items unfortunately were not BPA Free
Totally Unacceptable
Contacted Customer service who informed me they were not damaged therefore they would not arrange to have these collected although I had paid postage for them to be delivered, due to mobility problems
Asked to speak to a Manager informed no Manager’s, asked to speak to Supervisor all Supervisors busy not able to call me back, therefore contacted
Head Office I was informed to contact customer service, explained I had already contacted them, he then went on without informing me and transferred me to the que of customer service
Extremely ignorant and unprofessional company

Unfortunately, our managers are not customer facing and so will not contact customers directly. I can assure you that our customer care team are based within the head office and have the training and ability to be able to assist all customers.

After looking into this, I can see that a PayPal dispute has been raised so I would encourage you to continue your contact via this method for a resolution. We hope this gets resolved for you quickly and that despite this you will consider shopping with the Range in the future.
