Visited Ultrasound Direct Newcastle on two occasions now, I cannot praise the treatment and care enough which I received
I was put at ease immediately on entering the building and this carried on throughout the entire appointment
I have recommended this company to all my friends and family
Dianne carried out my scans, I could not have wished for a more caring and professional lady

Ordered one pair of Insoles

Ordered one pair of Insoles, which I was quoted 70% discount, decided to purchase for my Son
Placed order, received no order confirmation, therefore checked my method of payment only to find I had been charged for two pairs of insoles
Contacted the Uk telephone number informed of the problem at this point still no order confirmation two hours after ordering.
I was informed they were able to Refund me for one pair of Insoles which I would have been happy with waited online to be then informed I would receive £14.99 Refund when I questioned this could not be correct informed tax and also postage was to be added.
£42.93 had been taken from my Bank for the original transaction therefore did not seem correct, I then asked the young man to just cancel this order completely
The payment from my Bank was to a named UAB Bewell EU not a name I had heard of before
At present time I have received a £22.99 plus £14.99 after calling once again, informed £4.95 would be forwarded to my Bank, this has not materialised as yet
Certainly not a happy customer

Received a message from this company asking myself to get in touch, requesting more information
I did send the extra information requested, unfortunately no contact from them and certainly no Refund, can only assume request was for anyone who was possibly watching this site
What a great disappointment

Customer Service Appalling

Purchased two throws from this store for a wedding present, on delivery of these two items found one of the throws to be fine, on opening the second it felt damp also wet in parts with tags missing
I contacted the store within a hour of receiving parcel, explained the condition of the the throw and was asked to forward photograph of the problem I assumed photo evidence of tag
Sent email with photograph, also informing I was happy to keep one of the Throws which had tag attached, as certainly could not send a present of a damp throw with no tags, I requested a prepaid label so I may return the item
Next day received a email from a man named Ian, he informed me it was legally acceptable to send this item in this condition as he stated it was not damp when sent, no explanation why the tag had been removed, I explained the carrier bag which item arrived in was fine, no damage to box, therefore throw had to have been wet/damp when placed in box
I was informed I could return the throw at my own cost, from Ireland to Uk Mainland
I was also charged for postage despite the fact postage was free when purchasing items over a qualified amount
I certainly would not recommend this store to anyone, will not be purchasing again
Certainly lacking in Customer Service

Purchased two pairs of Lacoste Joggers…

Purchased two pairs of Lacoste Joggers for a Total of £143 on 8th Feb 2025, Expected date Del 24th Feb
Parcel had not arrived 28th Feb, contacted my Payment Provider, later that day received Info from BrandAlley my parcel was being shipped, received parcel 1st March, unfortunately Joggers did not fit, also material Inferior to previous Joggers ordered
Returned parcel on 3rd March, received clarification from BrandAlley on 5th March stating they had received my parcel of 2 pairs joggers, also my Refund would be on its way, after numerous messages and emails sent as there is no way of contacting by telephone any more.
Received emails in reply stating they have received my messages and someone will be in touch
No one ever gets in touch, contacted once again my payment provider who informs me no Refund has been received for this order of £143
I am extremely disappointed with BrandAlley due to the fact I have purchased numerous orders with them and spent a considerable amount, to be treated in this way I find disgraceful

Ottoman Delivered Damaged

Purchased Ottoman which was delivered on 18th Dec 2024, on arrival large parcel looked dirty, filthy dirty tape looked as though it been reused
Courier stated any problems contact Seller, within minutes of courier leaving my Son removed plastic covering to find Ottoman Damaged Inside Lid Strut hanging loose also wood split
My Son telephoned courier to ask him to collect Item as faulty, such a large item which being very dirty not able to store in home, he actually hung up on him when he asked for him to return and collect item, switched his telephone off so no one could contact him
Telephoned seller who tried to contact courier unable to contact as telephone switched off
Therefore asked for Refund, arranged a collection for Friday 20th December, informed he would arrange my Refund that day being the 18th December, Collection was carried out on December 20th 24
Received email on 28th December asking myself for feedback, telephoned company to ask why I was receiving emails for feedback as I had not received my Refund with no information received to say it was being processed back to my method of payment
Informed this would be dealt with on Monday 30th December, no emails or contact has been made to myself at time of sending this feedback
Extremely Disappointed Customer

Horrendous Service

Placed order for two items, before doing so went on there webchat facility to confirm they were able to deliver to a 2nd floor flat, informed this was not a problem, went ahead placed order, received email confirming order details, which did not appear to state full delivery address, therefore contacted once more to clarify details, only to be informed they could not deliver to 2nd floor of flat, due to the fact this was been delivered to a disabled person I was annoyed, asked for this order to be cancelled, I can only describe the situation now after so many webchat’s and phonecalls as horrendous, one section does not know what the other is doing, my full refund has still not being carried out. Will never order from Curry’s again
Received a message as you are able to see from Curry’s, asking for further information, which I promptly sent within hours of receiving, unfortunately no reply, I can only take from this the reply sent by them to myself was possibly for person’s viewing this feedback, not to help me in any way at all. No reply to my information also No Refund sent, this is now a few days on after message was sent by Curry’s
