I ordered a book which I specifically needed- the site said there were 7 in stock. I added a couple of other books while I was there. The order arrived without the one I needed. There was no communication to alert me and no explanation available via the online chat. After several emails where I was initially encouraged to re-order, I was eventually told there were none in stock.
I did get a refund for that book, but the communication was very poor.

I needed gold taper candle holders for a wedding. I couldn't easily find any, but got these from the Range online - the last available anywhere near me. They are cheap, but out of the 9, 7 have noticeable blemishes around the top - green and rusty looking blotches, while several have further marks on the base. I will have to re-spray them all to make them presentable.

I got good advice from helpful staff who responded quickly to emails and were just as supportive in follow up phone calls. The sleepers aren't cheap, but saved us so much in terms of time and labour as we had a short window to complete all the beds. The sleepers are of high quality and quick and easy to install. We ordered the soil too - everything was delivered as promised. I've every reason to expect the beds we created will last many years to come - well worth the outlay.

This linen is beautiful - lovely to sleep on and under. It is expensive but the plain colours won't date in any way and should be hard wearing and long lasting. I dry them outside and love the soft unironed finish (easy to look after). I bought dark fern green, so nice I bought another set in pearl with contrasting pillow cases to mix it up.

Strange to be thanked for choosing Evri for a delivery when I didn't- the company I ordered from did! However, the parcel arrived so job done.

A lovely, colourful dress. Lightweight but good quality. Unfortunately very roomy for me and no smaller size made for me to exchange, so sadly, I had to return.

Review for artificial sprays and flowers- some lit, all lovely but relatively expensive. Worth waiting for the sales and offers. Have shopped before from Cox & Cox with no bother, but this time however, I placed the order at the end of November for 4 items. Two arrived swiftly, two didn't appear until after I rang twice in mid-January. Could cope better with such a delay if I had been kept informed, but had no contact at all.

I sent a parcel to a relative in New York. The price was competitive, the process including completion of customs forms was well explained and easily managed, and the parcel was delivered 9 days later. Very pleased.

Very smooth process once car is booked in, but be aware that when the claim is approved the email states that the company fixing the scratch will contact you- they dont, and the customer should contact them to arrange an appointment. The car is kept overnight, so more than them few hours stated. However, the job is well done.

Very timely pick up and delivery at a reasonable price. We did have a breakage in the box, but this was probably due to not allowing sufficient layers of bubble wrap between plates. Just be aware that the parcel may not be treated with kid gloves. We will use the service again.
