Misleading Product, Refused Return Label, Overpriced Junk

Ordered a personalized framed map print for €31.95, expecting a romantic, high-quality gift based on the website’s examples. Instead, I got a blurry, continent-wide map with ugly coordinates instead of city names—completely unusable as a gift. The site’s customization options are rigid, with no way to specify zoom or display preferences, and it prints exactly what you enter without any effort to make it look good. The “premium” product? Just a flimsy piece of gloss paper in a frame, not worth half the price. Similar products elsewhere use sturdier materials like wood, but their listing was vague, only clarifying it’s paper after my complaint.
Customer service was a nightmare. They refused to admit their system or unclear descriptions were at fault, blaming me for not asking questions pre-order. They allowed a return as a “gesture of goodwill” but wouldn’t provide a prepaid label, forcing me to pay €35 for shipping back. For a €56 total order (with delivery), that’s a rip-off. Their policy protects them, not buyers: no returns on personalized items unless it’s their error (which they’ll never admit). Felt like a scam—€31.95 for a framed piece of paper and a hassle to return. Avoid this company; shop somewhere like Etsy instead

We’re very sorry to read this review, especially as we communicated with you extensively by email to try and resolve matters.

For clarity: you purchased from our Framed Prints category, where the product is described and shown as a framed print on high-quality gloss paper. During checkout you selected the frame colour, so it would naturally be supplied as a framed print. The examples on our site show both city names and coordinates, but we always print exactly what the customer enters in the order form. In this case, coordinates were entered, so these were used exactly as provided. We don’t alter or replace customer input, as doing so would risk errors. It is not blurry this is untrue:

We still allowed you to return the item as a goodwill exception, even though the product matched both the description and the personalisation details you provided. Our returns policy (which is standard for personalised items) does not include prepaid shipping unless there is a fault on our side.

We always take feedback on board to improve our listings, but in this case the order was supplied exactly as described and as placed.

Amazing mugs

I have always ordered mugs and love them. The quality of the mugs is amazing! For the 1st time, I had to contact customer service, and they went over the top to make sure I was happy with my order. Thank you!

Amazing quality and service

Just ordered a personalised bottle of Champagne for a friends wedding, it literally came 2 days after ordering so efficient. The bottle is amazing so so happy with it and they threw in a free printed card to include. Would highly recommend! Happy to hear it is a family run Irish business also :)

There was a slight issue with packaging but also a typo mistake on the address on my part but after contacting customer help they understood and assisted greatly. I would recommend again
