Got too big and customer service is shocking

After 15 years, my family and I have moved back to our original pharmacy, as they now do postal deliveries. They have got too big and don't care about the customer; you are continually pushed from pillar to post when things go wrong.

Service is bad when things go wrong. 3 months trying to get a prescription resolved, which was sorted by the new pharmacy in 3 days.

Great summerhouse - Easy to put up

On delivering the summerhouse, it all came on a pre-packed pallet, which was fantastic.

It was easy to install from the well-designed instructions. Wood was thicker than the normal shed/building we have purchased in the past.

Windows were of good quality and easy to take out and add our own putty to make it completely waterproof, as we were making it into an insulated office.

Whole team helpful from beginning to end

The chair was purchased through Access to Work. The team were helpful in delivering the chair when convenient for me. Furthermore, they were so helpful when the Assessor and DWP couldn't get the order correct, Back Care Solutions took the time to resolve the problem. When Derek (I think his name was) delivered and fitted the arms, he was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were amazing from beginning to end.

When I replace my personal home chair, I'll be using this company.

We purchased our car from Snows Waterlooville three years ago and have had our services and MOTs there, finding them friendly and helpful.

We decided to have our tyres changed there yesterday, and as always, the communication and experience were great :)

Paid for fireside delivery - Driver not happy to fulfil

We have been using this company for over 22 years, under their different name changes (CPL when we first used them). The main depots have now shut, and we had our first experience after our lovely coalman was made redundant. I was told the service wouldn't change.

However, we paid the extra to have it delivered to the fireside as we have always done for the last 22 years. When the driver turned up, he made it perfectly clear that he didn't want to deliver to the coal bunker and negotiated (told us) it being delivered to just inside the gate - he preferred dumping at the top of the path at first!. My husband felt guilty (even though we had paid extra for the service) and was going to have to move the 40 + (25 Kgs) bags himself, even though he broke his back 10 years ago. Thankfully, because the guy had such an attitude (which I agreed with after seeing our Ring doorbell footage), my husband explained that they had always delivered to the coal bunker with no issues. He did deliver the bags in the end!

I phoned the company and I was told that Customer Services would phone and discuss, however, they haven't even phoned back!!

Going to have to find another company that delivers to the curbside and pay someone separately to move the coal into situ, but I won't be using this company again! The worst thing they ever did getting rid of the local depots.

Not as good as they use to be

I've been using them for a few years and what they described is what you got. However, the last order I paid for - a substantial amount for a book that was meant to be in very good condition. When it arrived it was not. To try and cover up the bad damage, they stuck their own companies stickers all over it to hide the damage. Unfortunately, I don't like when a company is bluntly deceitful so unfortunately won't be using them again. I did contact them but they never responded but sent me an email to review my experience, so here it is.

Not disability friendly

Shopping at Waterlooville is now a no-go for those with disabilities. I have been to the store three times lately to find no tills open (only the self-scan ones). The staff member looked hacked off and unhappy and could not scan my shop for me as they were so busy with full self-scan tills.

Thankfully, a lovely fellow customer scanned my shopping for me on this visit.

On speaking to the lovely customer service person (who looked embarrassed understandbly by me asking this question) advised they don't have enough staff and will not give extra hours to cover the standard tills, so they have been shut in early evenings. The staff looked so fed up, too, I felt sorry for them as it looked like there must be a bullying culture by their harrest faces. So I can understand why Sainsbury's can't find staff to work there.

Poor customer service

I have been using Pharmacy2U for several years. If it is a straightforward prescription, all will go well.

If there are any complications or you have a yearly prescription that is dispensed every six months, then it's a nightmare. My poor GP surgery is overwhelmed, and they keep sending them messages, even though it is an issue at Pharmacy2U. Which means my GP surgery keeps having to contact me. Over the years, I have 5 or so issues, and trying to get it resolved takes a good 3/4 weeks of phone calls, online chat or emails. They are not responsive to these issues and send you around in circles.

Again after contacting them twice, I'm sitting in their online chat queue (currently at 15 mins) I thought I'd make use of my time writing this!!!!

Review of RAC Breakdown Cover

Utter rubbish!!!!

Broke down in curtesy car on very dangerous fast road. Told they would be out in 2 hours, no one turned up. Rang up, to be told it could be another 3 hours or more but minuim 2 further hours. Phoned our own breakdown service Auto Aid (who are always fantastic). They saved the day out to us within half an hour. We were with the RAC for 25 years ourselves but service was going down hill, glad we made the move 5 years ago. RAC are more intrested in hard selling expensive car batteries when you breakdown.

The dirty world of Capita

I have always had a TV licence, but was shocked at the tactics of this company along with mind games on young women and the behaviour towards them.

My daughter moved into student housing. She phoned to inform them that all housemates only watch Netflix etc with no live TV. The generation of BBC is for old people!!

She then received numerous letters, threatening letters which upset her (causing panic attacks). She phoned them after 5 letters and was pushed from pillar to post and on hold for 70 minutes. This was a continual mind game of just sticking her on hold rather than stopping the threatening letters. If you want to investigate fine, but you don't have to send intimidating letters, continually.

I also called them and the blant lies as I have seen the letters are a joke.

I have now cancelled my TV licence as I will no longer watch live TV and the BBC.

Intimating and threatening young women is utterly disgusting.

I look forward to being investigated and the letters, as this bad ass women is used to the world of men.

Purchase of student house insurance

Really easy to buy student insurance. Quick and hassle-free. Tried on well-known comparison sites and it just came up with standard insurance even thou we put in student insurance. So would definitely recommend Urban Jungle only a few clicks and your done!

Didn't get full refund for items not available on collection from app.

Place order via app, when I went to collect, multiple items were not available. I was told I could replace with different items but nothing else was suitable. Asked for a refund, told I had to go through app. Took a week for someone to reply. I didn't get all my items refunded that I hadn't collected. Had to re contact them, but they haven't replied for a month!!!

Chicken off for last three orders

We have been using Gousto for a couple of years. Over the last 4 months we have noticed the quality has gone down hill and some items become unusable. The last 3 boxes the chicken has been off even though it shows in date by 3 days.

I would give them 0 stars keep clear of this company

I would give them zero stars. It's my first time using this company. Trainers purchased didn't turn up, called them, and it seems they were sent to a different country.
Trainers were no longer in stock and was informed that I would get a refund. Had to phone them three times with no refund received over a period of a month. In the end, I had to got to Paypal to get a refund.

Continual harassment with daily phone calls

My name was put forward to complete the National Student Survey, which was being fulfilled by this company. They phoned and I declined to take part. I was then bombarded daily with phone calls, and staff being rude (the number was Edinburgh). Demanding that I complete the survey. On the final call, of being told that I had to complete it. I did it, just to get them off my back after having three months of harassment including weekend calls. I couldn't block the number due to by landline provider.

Steer clear, awful company

I have had the desktop computer for two years, worst computer I have ever had. Doesn't run smoothly, software I was issued to be used in parallel but will not run together (freeze crash or very slow).
Had a re assessment, had to go through them again to get another piece of software. Software has not been released, past date they state it should be released in portal. No return calls and couldn't speak to anyone.

I'm in my 4th year studying Psychology…

I'm in my 4th year studying Psychology with the OU. I'm so glad I choose OU rather then brick. I love the style of learning, materials guide you well and a wide variety to emerce yourself in. Early days it holds your hand, building up your skills set to independent learning. Uses different ways of testing your knowledge, from essays, PowerPoint presentations, online exams and Face to Face exams. There is face to face learning (a few a year pre Covid) or online ones you can do from the comfort of your home which is about 5 to 7 per academic year for me.

There are also online non module learning workshops which are fantastic, they are fun but informative. These are live too, so you can talk to other students.

All my tutors have been supportive with great feedback. IT helpdesk were on hand when I had an issue, spent the time resolving me issue. Library services are fantastic even late in the evening when I couldn't find an article. You can speak online 24/7 with Library services.

Will never use again after 25 years…

Will never use again after 25 years with them.

6 years ago, I had to have eyes tested 3 times because prescription was incorrect. 4 years ago I had someone elses prescription, they told me no one had mine but another customer contacted me say they had my details.
This year I needed an emergency appointment as I had an issue with my eye, they said they were too busy and could not see me for a month!! Ended up going to A and E department, who told me that Specsavers should have seen me within 24/48 hours. As I needed to be seen but Specsavers could have done the check and then referred me if needed. Instead the pressure was put on an over stretched ED department. Specsavers is business before eye care. ED said that if I had awaited and it wasn't OK and I needed surgery I could have lost my sight if the retina was detaching.

Services has gone down hill over the last 6 years. Would have stopped using them but employer gives a voucher so have to get my eyes tested twice!

Codes that lures youngsters in that don't work

Everyone time my daughter buys clothes using Student Codes they don't work. It's as if Pull and Bear give the codes to the websites to lure them over then make them pay full price. Don't offer codes that continually don't work! I've spoken to Pull and Bear and each time they say they are having 'technical issues'.
