I commented on that directferries wasn't reachable outside business hours and it cost me a boat trip because I couldnt change it neither online.
Directferries responded on my review that I needed to contact them so they can make up the error. So I emailed them and got an answer after about a week. That they still can't and won't be able to do anything to make it up.
!!Dont promise online something just to look good!! stick to your promise!!!
