Exceptional throughout

My EV charger was installed on Friday and I couldn’t be more pleased with the install. The communication from the scheduling team was first class prior to the installation date.

Your installer Sean was exceptional and explained the process clearly throughout. My father-in-law lives with us and has dementia so he gets easily confused. I never got the opportunity to explain this to Sean, but I quickly realised I didn’t need to as he was fantastic with him and his customer care and communication skills were exceptional. He clearly has a good heart.

Sean is a real asset to your organisation and we couldn’t be more grateful. Please look after him and pass on my grateful thanks.

Worst delivery company in the UK!

My parcel has been delayed for days from Boux Avenue. Tracker said out for delivery then delayed again. Can’t get through to customer service as it’s a digital assistant only. Amateurs. Customer service zero. Will not buy again from any retailers who use them!

Do NOT use this company! Amateurs!

Ordered pyjamas on 13th December which haven’t arrived. Told by customer service yesterday it would be delivered yesterday despite the Hermes tracking saying there is a delay. Doesn’t arrive and now told today it’s lost in transit. Customer service next to useless and almost certainly clueless. Don’t appear to care. Order now cancelled and I need to buy a replacement at another retailer who actually provide customer service! Will never use them again.

Horrendous!

I have had nothing but endless problems with scottish power. They are truly awful!

I moved address And to another provider and setup a payment plan online for the final bill. They then bombarded me with letters and text messages threatening legal action. I called and then verbally setup a payment plan over the phone. I then received an email to say the plan was setup and confirming payment amounts over 3 months.

I the received an email advising that my final bill was due and they would take the full amount on 13 Oct which I couldn’t afford. I called them prior and they advised me no payment plan was setup! I then set it up again and they assured me no money would be taken in 13th. Lo and behold they took the full amount on 13th and emptied my account. After raising complaint to them I was advised to contact my bank and request a refund - thankfully my bank were great. I was suttee by Scottish power I would get a call back from a manager. I’m still waiting.

Incredibly the same thing happened again when they took the full amount from my account on 26th October. I was left in a petrol station with no money to pay for my petrol! Hugely embarrassing! I made a compliant again m, was assured I would get a call back that day and again still waiting.

The bank advised me to cancel my arrangement and now I’m being bombarded with text messages and emails to pay my final bill! Worst energy provider I’ve ever experienced! Stay well clear!
