Our experience with James Anderson for buying a property was brilliant. In our case, the process was a bit longer due to our personal circumstances and short credit history in the UK, but Jasmine was available, supportive and understanding. I used Community Fibre for 2 years and they proved reliable. The customer service is great. They always helped me with my questions and provided useful information and advice. They offer high interest speed at a good price, which unfortunately is pretty rare in London. It’s sad to leave them as I am moving to an area where they don’t have the infrastructure just yet, but I will move back to them as soon as they announce their infrastructure is ready in the area.
After a disappointing experience with another broadband provider who rejected my order after wasting me 10 days of waiting and claiming there is no possibility to have optical fibre package, I found out about Community Fibre. They could offer me the type of package I wanted, but in addition Saidur Rahman offered me all the details that I needed, answered all my questions and offered me amazing deals! Furthermore, my go live date is only 4 days from my call and could have been even earlier if I was available. Overall, a very good experience!

Very bad user experience both on the website and on the mobile app. No possibility to buy tickets in app. The website is very buggy with poor validation that keeps failing randomly and with errors displayed in plain text to the user.
