Ctronics

Ctronics, China support is absurd.
1 out of 4 WiFi cameras has failed. I went through all of the recovery stages and nothing is operational. I open a case with China Ctronics, they suggest 3 times I use their (same) reset method and no change. On a lifetime warranty clearly stated in the manual, they a denying the claim stating it’s a 2 yr warranty. And they want me to pay for the defective unit return to them in China. Hopefully you don’t have any failures on these units. Dealing with the typical Chinese made products and support staff is ridiculous.

Trust pilot is not a open, honest platform

I sent a 1-star review of airport reservations, added details as requested. Your trust pilot content integrity evidently doesn’t not know what they are doing. I sent Valerie a reply with additional details, now Stefan is requesting the same information, along with Amy. I sent detailed emails expressing my disappointment with airport reservations. I am allowed 3 days to reply or the original complaint won’t be posted. TRUSTPILOT is not an open, honest platform to contest negative reviews.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....it appears all…

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....it appears all they are interested in is collecting money and service fee's.
I receive an email indicating they can't change an existing reservation, it also appears the computer/reservations systems is SMARTER then the employee's. I made a reservation and entered the incorrect dates. I sent an email asking for the dates to be modified, I received and email stating no changes could be made and suggested I could cancel the existing reservation, no refund on the service charges. Reschedule my travel dates with the correct dates and be charged another service charge. I found this to be ridiculous. 2x the service charges equaled another day of parking. No savings and again, airport reservations did nothing to accommodate my request.

VIATOR negative REVIEW. I have (3) existing tours planned…

I have (3) existing tours planned through Viator.
It appears the customer service varies WIDELY. No bad experiences for the tours in Rome.
Attempting to book tours in N.M. experiencing a complete failure. Technical problems with Viator showing no available seating, when in fact the tour site shows multiple availability. Talking to the clowns in Manila is also a complete FAILURE. Trip Advisor/ Viator are seriously lacking any customer service skills. While attempting to escalate my concerns and complaints to a supervisor has also been a disaster. The chain of command/hierarchy is poorly structured and TRIPADVISOR SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED BY such and association.

I say average to low

I say average to low. The processes with the seller were excellent. The process and guidelines with Chrono24 were not as seamless as I would expect. Several of the guidelines afforded the seller and buyer should be reconsidered.
The refund process is also not a seamless process either. Our bank does not take 5 days to post a refund.
The purchase process is completed instantaneously yet, I'm finding it difficult to expect the same process for a refund.
