So i got a delivery for me and kids…

So i got a delivery for me and kids lunch £20 . Said it would be 20 mins and came 2 hours late and was stone cold. Put in bin. Asked for ful refund but was informed that they have refunded £3.96 which may no time would I accept. I said that's no good but they sad that's all I can get. End of story....so I am 16 pound down for nothing....absolute crooks with the most ignorant customer service

Received loan last year

Received loan last year. Paid without any issues. Repaid a few weeks early due to my payment date at work changing. Reapplied due to large unexpected vet bill and refused. Never missed a payment anywhere on any loan/credit card and in better financial position than when originally applied due to increase in salary. Not pleased to be refused when really required

Please know that each loan application is assessed individually, based on a range of factors including current financial circumstances, credit profile, and our responsible lending criteria at the time of application. A previous positive history, while important, doesn’t always guarantee approval.

Please note that eligibility criteria changes on a daily basis, whilst you may not be eligible on one particular day, you may be eligible the next.

If you have been declined, you will be eligible to apply again in 180 days.

Total waste of time. Had 1 before and paid back early. They dont like that. Now you waste time applying again and say you are approved then declined??? Avoid at all times ...shocking company

Letters

Got a letter from LCs on behalf of scottish power saying we owe £300 For a period Jan 22 - may 22 for a property we sold 6 years ago. Called them and said we sold house years ago. They said it was a mistake. I have now received another bill to my address in someone else's name for the same period for the old property. When I call to discuss you get a ridiculous service with people who cant explain why we are getting these letters. Is this a company you actually use ...if so any idea who this can be resolved and compensated for my time calling and dealing with these clowns. Also still waiting on a callback from 1 of their managers

Decision letter

Made a complaint back in april and refund received. Lost supporting letter so have been trying to get a copy of letter so I can claim back tax.

Phoned 3 weeks ago and was on phone for an hour to be told we will get complaints team to email it..no response so called back and waited an hour and customer service cant issue it so have now been given complaint team and now half hour waiting so far...ridiculous for such a simple request

My partner ordered next day delivery…

My partner ordered next day delivery 27th october for party next day. Nothing arrived and she contacted them to be told we had to allow up to 31st october?? Then nothing arrived so asked for refund then told to allow till 10th november???? Again asked for refund as clearly we no longer require an outfit for a halloween party!!! Today we are told to allow up to 21st november for delivery. Not sure who is at fault and dont care if its them or hermes. We just want money refunded today. WONT USE AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE THE SAME

Refund

I was told i would receive a refund of £185 during 2 phone calls on the first of this month.  I called back on the 14th and was told refund had not been processed and it is now £48 i am due.  Refund of £185 Was to be paid in 5 working days from the 1st!!!!. I overspent waiting on my refund of £185 which now is no longer due apparently.  Shocking customer service which has now put financial pressure on me for the month.  Also have sent plenty of emails and keep getting hopeless responses. Would appreciate a callback if not will be taking matter further

Terrible customer service

Contacted scottish power in October/november last year and was advised £17 in credit. Have been continually paying £125 a month over winter months and according to figures on smart meter i am possibly now £30 in debt. Received an email saying urgent action required as i owe £320. Contacted them and had to listen to a man who told me smart meters are extremely accurate so i quoted cost according to my meter...he then said i spent £400 on gas/electric last March????? I said this is impossible and he said sometimes these jumps happen??? Wanted to speak to a manager...wouldnt let me..I then said i wanted to make a complaint and he said i could do that but it would be a closed complaint as i have nothing to complain about!!! I then sent a seperate email to complain and asking someone to call me. Now received an email without contacting me to discuss. The email doesnt even nearly cover my complaint. Will give to end of week for contact from them or going to ombudsmen.. if smart meters are so far out what is the point? Worst experience of customer service i have ever encountered. Would advise people to steer clear

Made a complaint a while ago

Made a complaint a while ago. Keep getting texts and letters saying we need more time and aplogising. Then get another letter saying they have now logged my complaint?????.complaint made as received letter advising if i dont pay boosted payment for next 2 months i would go into a paydown plan. First month boosted payment around £450 which i paid...went into pay boosted payment following month and they wanted £1500(half my balance) which clearly at the moment had no chance of paying as wife owns salon and household income has more than halved asnot allowed to open till july. I phoned numerous times and was originally told must b a mistake and should get called back. Funnily enough had to phone again and was told they think its right with no explanation why. Made a complaint. Still not dealt with and now on paydown plan. An absolute joke from start to finish. If no response soon will send complaint direct to fca.

Incompetent

Still awaiting a reply to my email from John Lenoir compaint handler, admin assistant, janitor, cleaner

Avoid this company as they don't have a clue. Will be out of business by christmas
