I received another response from this horrible company. On the response it is signed by an admin assistant? This is the same person who last week dealt with my complaint and on the email he sent he was a complaint handler?????

So was he actually just an admin assistant and not qualified to deal with my complaint???? I am still awaiting a response with regards to other information that I requested before forwarding everything to fca. I can't wait to see his job title on the next email! Possibly a cleaner or janitor???

Horrible ignorant company. Avoid at all times

Responded within timescale made an offer which I accepted. More than happy with the way complaint dealt with. Have dealt with many companies and received numerous refunds. Snc and Mr lender by far the best to deal with. Moneyboat by far the worst and ran by ignorant ignorant people. Just waiting refund from snc arriving in my bank but I'm sure that won't be a problem

Put in affordabilty complaint. 8 weeks was up on 9th July but they asked for another 2 weeks which was up on 23rd July. Not heard a thing since. I have sent 2 emails asking what's happening with no reply. Please avoid this company at all times

Still no refund. Wouldn't it be refreshing if this company even read these reviews and made contact with its ex customers.

Day 19 and still awaiting a refund. I had over 30 loans in a short period of time and was never late with any payment. I didn't ask you to wait 30 days for a payment so why should I have to wait.

Would Strongly URGE that nobody uses this company. It may look good with how easy and quick they pay loans but if you have a problem they are terrible to deal with. I would advise look elsewhere at all times .

Avoid this company at all times. I received an offer of a partial refund to which I asked for more info. 4 emails were sent without response. On my 4th phone call I was finally told the info I requested. Why could this not have been done via the first phone call???? Total joke of a company. Apparently I now have to wait 30 days for my money which is surprising as they pay loans straight away. I only accepted their ridiculous offer so that I don't have to have any contact with these parasites.

I WOULD URGE ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TALKING A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY NOT TO DO SO

I made an unaffordability complaint which was dealt efficiently with a satisfactory outcome well within timescale. I have unfortunately had to complain to a number of companies and Mr lender were by far the best to deal with. Just waiting on money hitting the bank but I am sure that won't b a problem
