We were connected up with Iceland Offbeat by Rough Guides, as I wanted to have an itinerary and accommodation booked for a week in Iceland and was finding it hard to plan.
Eric our travel planner was excellent, and produced a great itinerary consulting me on what we wanted and how long we had. He then booked all our accommodation and hire car and some activities.
We had an amazing week travelling round Iceland, the whole thing went like clockwork.
Eric is a specialist for Iceland and his knowledge completely made our trip. I recommend him and that you follow his suggestions and you'll have a brilliant trip!

I held off from committing to joining Beauty Pie because as a digital brand I was sceptical about the quality. There's a lot of bad stuff out there claiming to do miracles.
However the advert I saw for the retinol hand creme hit a nerve (I have very dry old lady skin on my hands) and I decided to buy a bunch of stuff and take the plunge.
My hands are much better after using the hand creme and other products I've ordered have been really high quality and feel very luxe on the skin. The Youthbomb eye serum is a stand out, I've only used it for a week or so but it's better than the many others I've tried, skin feels tighter under the eye and less crepey on the lids.
I got the gel eye pencil recently and am very impressed. At 51, I need something buttery soft that won't drag my skin and is easy to apply, and crucially won't slide off or disappear. This pencil is highly pigmented, glides on instantly and stays put.
The prices for the quality are really good. You won me over, and delivery is quick too.

Lovely products and good delivery speed but refund process is poor. It took around 3 weeks for one item to be refunded that I returned and another one never has been. I don't have proof of postage, but it was never stated that this would be needed, perhaps I was naïve. The items I have kept are really lovely, superb design and quality, but if I ordered again I would take care to get proof of postage for any returns obviously.

Fast delivery, supports bookshops.

Bought for first time and really disappointed with the bra. It looks pretty but made me look quite flat and shapeless under clothing and after wearing it all day the thick elastic band was really digging in and I couldn't wait to take it off as it was way less comfortable than my usual bras. Wouldn't buy again. The knickers are nice though. Well made products but just not for me.

Our storage place was a launderette, the lady there was very friendly and helpful, it all worked like clockwork. She gave us a number to call if there were any issues but there were none.

On holiday in Turkey. Card is declined, doesn't work at ATMs and there is nothing I can do. Phone number doesn't work.

Ordered shoes to be collected from a shop and got an email saying they'd been shipped but never heard anything else. After a full fortnight I emailed, and was told "they had shipped to the store today, but ring them first". No phone number to ring, the only one was for the central call centre, not the shop. I went into the shop and they had had the shoes for 10 days but I'd never been told. So not only was there no communication but the help center straight up lied about when they had been delivered to the shop.

I have a regular local Hermes delivery guy who is always friendly. I find the service very good and prompt. I hope Hermes treats it's employees and delivery people well, they deserve it, it's not an easy job.

Excellent concealer and a perfect colour match, by taking an online quiz. Wouldn't have thought it would work, but this is perfect match for my skin and as I have dry, mature skin I apply with finger tips, lightly, and it doesn't settle into fine lines.

Good service, pretty quick and goods arrived as shown and well packaged. I kept one item but had to send one item back as didn't fit me. However I took the opportunity to enclose some donated items of clothing myself 👍 The items I ordered we're good quality, clean and as new. Great idea.

The pancake mix was hopeless. It didn't mix and was lumpy despite vigorous mixing. I followed the instructions and it never got beyond the texture of scrambled eggs in the pan. Impossible to turn it over or form any sort of solid pancake. I really wanted to like it but it didn't even taste good.

Easy, lovely tasting fruit and good that you can have it fortnightly as weekly would be too much for us.

Great experience using this site to choose kitchen scales. I deliberately avoid Amazon where I can. Ended up with exactly the right product at a good price and it was delivered quickly and well packaged. No complaints at all.

I called Dynamo this morning as my car wouldn't start. I had the quickest visit by a local contractor I've ever had, who started my car and was very friendly. Megan was the person I spoke to over the phone and she was polite and friendly. Great service.
