Easy to buy and speedy delivery.
In respect of returns, I had two small items and requested I could return them in the same package to save on being charged double postage. This was declined. I feel more flexibility would be a practical system and save unnecessary postage costs.

Use Hermes a lot for deliveries and collections. Always a reliable and prompt service.

Unfortunately very poor service. Please don't take the order and charge the customer in these times if you can't guarantee you can deliver. I ordered this card a week before required.
Then, if you can't deliver on time, please be courteous enough to let your customer know that. I ended up calling you a week later.
Finally, please answer the customer helpline quicker than a 20 minute wait to resolve.
One disappointed grandson in this lockdown period, who can't see us and now won't receive a birthday card from us either.
Never again!!
