This company has predatory and unethical practices. They don’t care about their clients. I recently purchased a $550 dress for my daughter’s wedding and it has discontinued, they claim it is a final sale and I was unable to exchange it . In reality their website, the confirmation or anywhere the final sale clause was written or disclosed . They are deceiving and I have started several legal complaints against it. I urge to do the same. As consumers we should be protected against unethical practices like these .

This business has no ethics when it comes to protect buyers from deceitful sellers who sell products that look nothing like the pictures featured in the website.
I reached out to them asking for my right to return an item that was totally misrepresented and they denied it! I included pictures and even offer to send it to them so they can stop this type of sellers, but they refuse to even read my reasons.
As a consumer I feel obligated to alert other buyers and I filed a complaint with the BBB buy they practically laughed at my attempt to get a resolution.

Company in China once they received my return having to pay a lot of money for shipping to China they offer me a 15% refund according to them because they offer quality products and they will loose money!!!
