The amazing Douro River Valley was matched by the contribution made by the staff, the food and service on our cruise. All were memorable and first class.

I did try the website but found inputting information a bit difficult. However the staff member (Chelsea) was very helpful and professional on the telephone which convinced e that Staysure was again a good choice if more expensive than I anticipated.

I got a quote online and followed it up by phone. Excellent competitive service which was well explained by the respondent. There was a glitch on pricing which he resolved quickly.

When I was due to renew this failed because I had a new Visa debit card. This meant I had to go through the whole lengthy process as a new applicant although my circumstances remained the same. This was time consuming although the agent was extremely good and polite.
