On a recent trip to Manchester UK from Australia, had to get a new gas cooker fitted for my Aunt in Blackpool.
I rung around a couple of local appliance suppliers but did not get anything solid in place before visiting.
Called Janette in Blackpool explained my predicament and my running on a tight schedule.
Janette quickly understood my requirements and quoted me over the phone to supply and fit a new gas cooker and advised me on the different brands available. Visited their showroom Midday and was treated in a very friendly, professional manner. Arrangements for removal and speedy delivery and pipe up of the replacement cooker was done within 20 minutes of arriving at the store. Auntie is very pleased with the new cooker and I was done and dusted in a 3 hour round trip.
I would recommend the services and appliances sold from Janette and the team and for the overall experience and costs.

Flight out and back from Faro was 15…

Flight out and back from Faro was 15 minutes or so late for take off.
However we landed on time with a catch up.
Very pleasant staff pre-flight and on board.
Booking was so easy, no issues at check at both sides of journey (I dont use a mobile).
I also appreciate the posted and approachable staff when landed which help navigate an unfamiliar Airport.

A mixed bag......

Prompt service at Airport pick up, However was disappointed to be told we had full coverage insurance with a Third Party(paid prior) Discover rental and may not be covered for ALL ACCIDENTS OR MINOR DAMAGE. We found this a hard sell as we was stressed a little from a late flight and wanted to crack on. Subsequently we did not re-buy full insurance with Bargain rental which would have been double cost. However, we was pleased overall as we incurred some minor car park damage to the passenger door in a car park. We informed Bargain and Discover and this was waived without issue. Also we paid for an Elantra and was given an MG3. Discover promptly repaid the difference after taking this up with them. Long and short... better book direct and in full with a Car rental and not a Third party even if it comes in cheaper. Gavin
