Never arrived. After 10 days I contacted you to investigate- all you did was say you had contacted Evri and they say it was delivered. Non photographic evidence of delivery. You then put it in my hands to try and arrange a refund through my bank. £53 worth of sales goods that I now cannot repurchase at the sale price. Not good customer servuce

The fitter at Thetford was really superb (considering 3 people had been booked in for the 9am slot! However a problem with the calibration meant I needed to contact NW by phone - I could not get any help from the admin clerk except to book me in again for a new windscreen- took another phone call to finally just get booked in for the calibration to be checked - still not working after second visit so off to a jaguar dealer next
