Club L London never fail me

Club L London never fail me. Every single order I have ever placed I am over the moon with. The quality is unmatched and worth every penny. On my recent order, I had a delivery issue (through my own fault of not putting my door number on the address) and I contacted customer service on a Sunday afternoon(!). Within minutes, Chloe from Club L London got back to me and assisted me every step of the way until my order was in my hands. I’ve truly never experienced such caring and committed customer service anywhere else! Club L London is levels above any other brand in their quality, pricing and customer service and I will be a customer for life! Thank you so much for making me feel so beautiful in your dresses (once again!!!) You are the best x

No order received despite stating…

No order received despite stating delivered. Refund promised after lots of back and fourth. No refund. No response. They send out expensive items worth hundreds of pounds without being signed for or photographic evidence of delivery. Really loved the look of this company when I trusted them to do business with but I should have read the reviews and realised how many people have to had a bad experience. They only care about one thing, money, and not there customers!

UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNRELIABLE, SCAM COMPANY

DO NOT BOOK. UNRELIABLE & UNTRUSTWORTHY. Got stranded in Amsterdam due to Eurostar strikes. Paid £130 for a coach home. Coach due to depart at 9.30pm and arrive in London at 8am. Bus turned up at 1am and got to our destination at 1pm. Absolutely disgraceful. We were left standing waiting wondering whether we were going home that night. No form of communication or contact from BlaBlaBus. No apology. Bus stated it had power outlets, which it did not. In fact bus was not even a BlaBlaBus. Although bus driver was lovely, he drove the whole 12 hour trip alone, which is also illegal. No toilet on bus. No food. No drinks. I complained over a week ago and have been promised a refund as there policy states a full refund over 2 hours late, yet now they seem to have disappeared and are ignoring my emails with no sign of refund! Disgusting company and I will never be using ever again.

NOT A UK COMPANY, ORDER NOT RECEIVED, USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don’t be fooled by this company’s good reviews as I was. This company is NOT a UK company as it states. This company promises a 3-5 working day delivery time, which is predominantly why I chose to order with them for an important present needed for the 5th May. 10 days later my product is STILL IN GERMANY?! There was no mention it was an international parcel. My delivery date keeps increasing and it’s highly unlikely I’ll even receive my order after reading so many similar reviews. Customer service are useless - ignored my email & told me there’s nothing they can do on the phone. I want a refund and if I do not receive in a week I will be reporting for fraud. Don’t waste your time and money. So much unnecessary stress for what should have been a lovely present. Disgraceful

MISLEADING, MONEY GRABBING SCAMMERS.

Told to sign up to receive £16 cash back. CASH BACK NEVER RECEIVED. DESPITE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS, NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS, STILL NO CASHBACK. To make matters worse, I requested my subscription to be cancelled a month ago, CHARGED £30 THIS WEEK. So hard to speak to anyone other than an automated system or robot via email. Staff have no care for customers. A COMPANY SIMPLY FOR MONEY MONEY MONEY. DON'T BE FOOLED AND WASTE YOUR TIME ENERGY OR MONEY.

The worst broadband I've ever had

The worst broadband I've ever had, do not waste your money or time - no matter how many times I contact they always give me some poor excuse and temporary solution to get me off the phone. I have been complaining for well over 6 months that my service is terrible, absolutely no connection upstairs and barely any downstairs right next to router. Done line test after line test to be told there is nothing wrong with my speed, nothing wrong with my line. Basically been told again and again that I'm lying and my service is completely normal - infant very good in the area. The solutions have been sitting on the phone for hours repeating line test, switching to different channels, reseting the wifi, making me buy a wifi extender and most recently a replacement router - which made absolutely no difference. I am being ignored and my complaints are constantly being pushed to the side, I am stuck in a contract which I am not receiving anything for what I am paying for. As soon as this awful contracts ends I will be sure to never return to EE and advise everyone not to aswell!

Amazing customer service!

Made a huge holiday order, one of the items that came had a few minor errors. Contacted customer service just to show them the product and they instantly refunded me and were so very sweet and friendly! Ikra dealed with my case and was so lovely! ❤️
