I have been a customer of Vape Club for nearly 3 years. Obviously that speaks volumes about the quality of their products.
What also has been very impressive & another reason i have stayed with this Company is the Amazing staff in Customer Services.
I recently bought 2 new devices (different flavours) & i could not get them put together. Usually i have no issues but this time i had to contact Customer Services for help/advice.
Immediately i received a response from a lovely Man called Syzmon. He was very helpful & asked me to send him photos of the devices. After receiving them he rang me. He was very patient listened to me (without being judgemental) he was very approachable & keen to help me resolve the issue. He sent me Vape Club's instructions on how to set up device, which was a lot clearer & made more sense. With this I was able to set up my device's.
I honestly can't praise this gentleman enough. Had such a lovely friendly manner but extremely efficient. I was very confident he would be able to help me. His kindness & care was warmly welcomed & appreciated. Such a lovely man who is a credit to this company. Thank you so much Syzmon 🌟

Absolutely stunning flowers. There is a vast choice of thee most beautiful flowers & a range of prices to suit everyone. The bouquet i purchased was a gift to a very special friend. She was "Over the Moon" when she received them.
She sent me a photo & they were truly beautiful.
First time purchasing from this company, i am very impressed. Will continue to use them. Highly Recommend.
Also delivery was quick which is a bonus.

I sent an email & very quickly i got a response. This is normal they usually reply in a few hours. No waiting about for days for a response !
The lady who i spoke to is called Marissa. Such a lovely lady. Friendly, pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable & very efficient. As the saying is
"Credit where Credit is due" i feel very strongly that Marissa gets the praise she deserves.
All the staff deserve to be recognised & praised but, its Marissa's turn now💕 😊💕

I recently contacted Customer Services to get some information on an item I'd purchased. A lovely lady called Sarah replied to me (very quickly) she was able to get information i needed. She was very pleasant & extremely helpful.
The staff are always very helpful, friendly & efficient. Such a lovely company to deal with. Highly recommend them 💜

I was excited to get them to try. As soon as i bit into one, tasted the gorgeous flavour & the texture. I knew this is perfection !! My Mum was a great baker, she'd bake cakes buns tarts tray bakes amongst many other things. My favourite was always pavlova 😋 When i bit into the bar it was crispy on outside could smell flavour before tasting it. The centre was like clouds & deliciously chewy texture in middle. It was just like my Mums pavlova 🥺 I still have a few bars left & I'm really enjoying all of the flavours. I've already placed another order & I'm buzzing to get it. I just know I'm going to love it 💜 Highly recommend to buy. Not expensive no delivery charge, Awesome !! No guilt

I would like to highlight how lovely the staff are. I'd bought a new vape i wasn't 100% sure if I'd put it together properly. I sent an email explaining this. Colin (member of staff) very quickly responded to me. He was amazing, explained how to set it up & sent me diagram. I initially felt a bit silly for asking but, i wanted to make sure it was properly put together. Colin was extremely professional, kind & caring. He was more than happy to help me & i felt very at ease with him because of his mannerisms. The staff have always been a great help to me over the years. I'd just like them to get the recognition they truly deserve 💜

I bought the sample box, lots of different flavours✔ The way i would describe these bars is, when my Mum used to make a pavlova, the centre was always light/chewy. These bars are like this. Crispy meringue outside & light/chewy inside. Flavours are perfect. Strong but not overpowering. They are a decent size bar & when your craving something sweet, this is what you need especially as they are
so low in calories. Highly recommend I'm going to order more now 😋😋

I recieved my parcel on Saturday 5th April. (Quick Delivery as usual) I'd ordered a new one to try. As soon as i opened box its the 1 i went straight to 😊 It is the New Angel 20k in juicy Peach. With Strawberry & Raspberry Ice. I put it together & yes i did read instructions( twice) & couldn't get it to work. I sent an email that night to C.S that i needed help. I then Took it apart & then rebuilt it & if worked. I
then contacted CS explaining it was
sorted. I then got an email this
morning thanking me for letting him
know it was sorted & if I'd any issues
to contact them.I wasn't expecting a reply as issue was sorted but, this is
just one of many times I've been treated with kindness & respect. You're not just a number to them. They look after their customers, they make us their priority. Which you don't find in a lot of companies. Any questions you have, advice etc they are fantastic at helping you out. I can honestly say in the 3 years I've been purchasing from Vape Club I've never been uncomfortable or silly for asking a question. That's because they are very approachable & welcoming. I dont think the staff on CS team get enough credit considering the amount of work they do & more importantly in the manner they do it. I think it's lovely when you build up a rapport between Seller & Customer 💕

I've been buying from Vape Club for couple of years. Their products are very high quality. Vast selection of products. Reasonably priced & they always have deals on.
What I'd like to highlight is the Customer Services Team. They are so friendly, polite, helpful & very efficient.
Whether i contact them via email (which they respond to really quick) or via phone call. They will always go above & beyond. Today i was in touch with Syzmon who was lovely, within an hour my query/question had been resolved. They genuinely do care for their customers which is very endearing. 💝💝

First time i have had an issue with Yodel. I've always been impressed with the high level of service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case this time.
The driver knocked the door, i was unwell & unable to answer door. I recieved an email stating proof of delivery. Photo of delivery was my parcel on footpath. I'm sure the drivers are under pressure to get a certain amount of parcels delivered per day but, no excuse for basically abandoning my parcel. If it had been food items this would've be totally unacceptable for hygienic reasons. Luckily my neighbour seen parcel & kindly took it for me. Could've ended up a stolen/lost parcel. Also, would it not be better to take parcel & redeliver ? I highly doubt abandoning a parcel is in their contract !!

Recently received my order & there was a vape in parcel I hadn't ordered. I immediately emailed company to let them know & asked if it would be ok if I returned it in a few days as I wasn't well & my neighbour was going to go to post office for me.
I received a lovely email informing me that it was a freebie !! I thought what a lovely thing to do & expressed my gratitude for the unexpected gift.
I've reviewed this company few times & I honestly can't praise them enough. Lovely staff always very helpful. Their products are awesome would never purchase anywhere else. Highly recommend Vape Club ❤

First time using Moonpig I found the website very easy to use, plenty of choices love being able to personalize cards makes them more special. I also bought a gift which was lovely & reasonably priced. It made me so happy being able to send card & gift to my friend as I'm unable to leave house due to health reasons. Delivery is due tomorrow so fingers crossed it will be delivered on time. Would definitely purchase from Moonpig again. Very happy customer 😊❤

excellent, very easy to use. If you are unsure about something you can ask the pharmacist & they will promptly get back to you. Good to know a pharmacist is there to help. For someone who has poor mobility this is ideal as your order usually gets
to you in 3-4 days. Postage isn't expensive either. Lovely company to work with. Highly recommend

I feel very strongly about supporting a local business. I'm so glad I did, I was over the moon with my purchase. The website is very easy to use (beautifully set out) Delivery is quick & the food I bought was delicious. This is my 2nd order & will be placing my next order very soon. I was unwell & unable to collect my parcel from collection point. I was so disappointed as the item I had bought was on promotion from an influencer I follow, "Dirtydoll by Taylor-Rae" I knew they were selling fast & I was annoyed that I may not be able to get it. I contacted Customer Services to explain the situation. The lady I spoke to via email, Deborah was extremely helpful, pleasant & efficient. She was able to rearrange another delivery within 48 hours, which delighted me. From the 1st email I sent & spoke to Deborah it was continually herself that dealt with it. That made a big difference to me. Cannot speak highly enough of this lovely lady.

Even though there is a lot of information on the website. I found it very reassuring that I was able to chat with a pharmacist. They were very quick to respond to my questions about a product I was interested in buying. I would highly recommend this company. I will continue to buy from them.

This card was a very very important & special card. Took me ages to get it "just right" but that was me just being really fussy & wanting it to perfect. I love that you can add photos, wording,save it & come back to it. Theres no pressure or time limit to get it finished. I have bought quite a few cards from Funky Pigeon. They all have been lovely & I've been more than happy with them but, this card just blew me away. The colours,layout, adding my own poem to it.... just made me so happy. It's been sent to the recipient but dont think she has got it yet but I know she will absolutely love it. Highly Recommend this company. Customer service staff are so lovely, friendly & helpful.

I love the fact there are so many choices different options in designing your card. I've bought quite a few cards & they have all been amazing. The people I've sent them too have loved them. Brought a lot of smiles looking at the photos in the card.
I also love how you dont have to complete your order within a time limit. You can save it as a draft & come back to it.
Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Will continue to use this company as their service is excellent.
