Never go past Jet 2 from booking the holiday, being informed by email
Of the processes leading up to the holiday, to the travel on the way out the holiday itself to the return. Very friendly helpful and knowledgable staff. I would say excellent service and worth the money offering options for every budget

Had a gas plan with British Gas for over 30 years on the whole a good service but on this occasion not impressed when we phoned at around 5pm to say our boiler had stopped working with no heating on one of the coldest expected week nights in January! Could not see a same day spot on line so phoned but even telling the operator we had a 10 week old baby in the house and a 73 year old with a diagnosed heart condition, there was no emergency call out that day it would gave to be 8-1pm the following morning. It was a cold night for all just hope the pipes haven’t frozen as in Scotland with outside temps dropping to zero. Makes me think what is the point of paying a high monthly sum for a gas plan when actually they don’t do emergency call out to fix the problem it has to be office hours

From booking to making an enquiry arriving at our hotel and the ABBA show everything went without a hitch. We only now have the journey home today and if it goes as smooth as arriving here then it will be 100% we would use hotel direct again. Thankyou

Easy to order product given a day when it will be delivered and then your communication re update with text/email the night before then driver phones on the morning to update you with a shorter time window so you are not hanging around waiting. The two delivery men were great, very friendly polite and helpful, unwrapped product and put it in place then took all wrapping away. Seem very proud of job they were doing.

As always no problems with jet2 rom booking to going and returning. Hotel chosen was our second time there to palma nova and the hotel didn’t disappoint. Wouldn’t go past jet2!

There is no pressure they answer your questions and respect it is a big purchase and you need to go through everything to make sure it is the correct choice of vehicle. I would not go past Jet2 holidays. The selection of holidays with extras are good, then during 2020 at the start of the pandemic we were stuck in Tenerife during lockdown in Spain then subsequently the rest of the world! We were kept informed throughout and compared to other holiday makers experience with other travel companies our experience was a dream and Jet2 got us home safely. Keep

Fantastic experience as always with Jet2 holidays. Returning to a resort we had been to before but staying at a B&B hostel this time. Friendly clean hostel got to really enjoy the local restaurants and night life. Our experience going out was so straightforward as was our return flights. We always choose private transfers that really speed up the process. Slight 40 minute delay going out whilst sitting on the plane but outwith the pilots control. We were kept informed throughout. I cannot rate Jet2 holidays highly enough great service

Great hotel, central location only a walk away from the beach, bars and shops. The adult VIP section was good. Rooms were kept immaculate each day. Food was varied at all meal times with options for all tastes. Like a lot of hotels lifts were small and with lots of families and pushchairs it would have helped if they were bigger as dyeing busy times with only 2 lifts ut was a long wait. A shout out for Peter in entertainment, he was great really made you laugh and got th e agduence involved. Overall a lovely place to holiday even though the weather was cgangeabjj lol e with some rain and thunderstorms during our stay. Wou K d definitely go back to this hotel

Good experience from start to finish when we ordering new doors and surrounds for our caravan. I was able to speak to someone in the office aswell as finding the site easy to negotiate and order altogether great service would recommend

Great service prior to the holiday, during the holiday even when things go wrong beyond jet2 control. We were stuck in Tenerife during the first lockdown. Jet3 supported us throughout keeping us up to date with flights home and got us home successfully. We really cannot fault them and are booked up for 3 more future holidays in 2022 and 2023

An enjoyable visit to the restaurant at the Edinburgh store picking up a couple of items. Good selection of items and the 20% of for cardholders was a welcome gift
