Emily, the RSM at Exeter has been a fantastic addition to the block. She has an infectious smile, she is always willing to go above and beyond with all the work she does. We have had a few problems with maintenance issues and she does her very best to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. We are relocating for our job, it will be sad to say goodbye. Thank you for everything Emily!

After a few weeks posting my return I had still not received my refund nor heard anything, so I got in contact with boohoo through Facebook messenger and spoke to Mei who resolved my issue straight away. She was very helpful. Good experience overall just a little frustrating the refund took a long time but aleast it got sorted very quickly.

Good service, quick delivery

After receiving a few emails and letters I finally decided to stop burying my head in the sand and took the first step into sorting out one of many of my debts by finally giving this company a call. I recently had to give up my job as my mother became terminally ill meaning my debts had spiralled out of control. I was dreading making the phone call in case they would not accept my offer but I spoke to Angela and she was so lovely and reassuring. She was understanding with my circumstances and helped me make an affordable payment plan. 10/10 for customer service.
