After a few weeks posting my return I had still not received my refund nor heard anything, so I got in contact with boohoo through Facebook messenger and spoke to Mei who resolved my issue straight away. She was very helpful. Good experience overall just a little frustrating the refund took a long time but aleast it got sorted very quickly.
