After receiving a few emails and letters I finally decided to stop burying my head in the sand and took the first step into sorting out one of many of my debts by finally giving this company a call. I recently had to give up my job as my mother became terminally ill meaning my debts had spiralled out of control. I was dreading making the phone call in case they would not accept my offer but I spoke to Angela and she was so lovely and reassuring. She was understanding with my circumstances and helped me make an affordable payment plan. 10/10 for customer service.
