Customer services are not great. My husband ordered a hoodie for me for Christmas. Wrong colour arrived, been trying to get a refund for almost 2 weeks. I then ordered same top in the original colour but larger size. Wrong colour arrived again. Had to send multiple messages to be able to submit the multiple pictures they wanted as evidence that wrong colour sent again. Love the products despite not getting the colour I asked for. Other products received have all been great.

The communication and service are second to none. The boots I received were too big and I have been able to exchange them without fuss, clear instruction, prompt response and timely update on the status of my original order and exchange. The boots, well they’re amazing and at sale price makes them even better (Reiker) can’t go wrong, except I forgot they measure up on the. big side. Love them. So happy I discovered this site.

Touch screen was intermittently unresponsive and I was unable to scan the QR code at start or finish so had to enter both codes manually.

I liked the speed of delivery to my local store. I disliked that having asked for lots of ID to be brought including confirmation emails and photo ID I was asked for nothing and the parcel was handed over.
