NEVER MADE THE DELIVERY AND WONT REFUND

Wish I could give 0 stars! Ordered food on Thursday evening at 18:57, was due for delivery at 19:30 and nothing arrived the delivery then changed to 20:10 nothing arrived, at 22:00 the order popped up as delivered! Though nothing ever arrived!! I have spoken to just eat and they say they can’t refund me! So have basically committed fraud and stolen my money as no product was ever delivered! I have a CCTV in my porch and have offered to send any footage at the time of delivery yet they just respond “we can’t offer a refund” absolutely shocking service! Will be initiating a chargeback with my bank in 4 days once available as I can provide CCTV footage from the night and can show no delivery was made!!

Couldn’t even be arsed to knock on the door!!

Didn’t knock on the door, and left 2 large boxes which are fully branded from the company in the front porch with the door wide open! Specified a location to leave the packages (in the shed, as to the side of the building)! Not that it would have needed to be left there as we were sat at the table waiting for a knock! Only noticed it had been delivered as was taking stuff to the car! No wonder so many parcels go missing

Another shocking experience on eBay as a seller, sold my laptop along with charger, buyer decided he would return the laptop however without the charger! No I have to buy a new charger! EBay don’t care because the chap took a picture of the charger on the box when returning! Shambles

Bonus cancelled the second I was winning

I have played on multiple casinos, and across the skill and net network however my most recent experience with Ice 36 is one which would make me not play on them again

Having deposit £60 in order to recieve a free spins offer, I was awarded the incorrect free spins for a game I really wasn’t interested in playing, having won £23 in the free spins I continues to play as I would, usually doing a bonus hunt until reaching bonus funds opening and repeating, once my cash balance has gone I’ll dip into the bonus funds

Noticed that on this occasion ice 36 decided after £20 of real play cash the rest of my money was “bonus funds”, thought to my self I’m happy to lose the money so I’ll continue to play, was doing well and had a bonus on fire in the hole which bought my balance up to £270

Decided I’d play another game for the evening then play again the following day, went into fire in the hole 2, about £8 in the game crashed and I was kicked from the site, loaded back in to find my balance was now £0 from £260+ and that my “active bonus” was now cancelled

Have emailed multiple times as they ask you too, have tried live chat and have got no where!! Happy to take my £60 deposit but as soon as I’m up on bonus funds they cancel my bonus! Was quite happy to play the £260 and try wager it out!

Shambles, it’s almost impossible to speak with someone or get a straight answer, have been told it’s been escalated 72 hours ago with no response or reply! Complete frauds

In response to the reply: again I didn’t cancel any bonus! When I came back to the site after being kicked off my bonus was cancelled! Why would I cancel an active bonus with £270 in my balance!!!

We checked this and see the funds you are referring to were bonus funds.

Please note that when you have an active bonus, once you use all your real money balance and you then start to place bets with your bonus balance, then, any winnings that are accumulated from the bonus funds, will then be added to your bonus balance as per our bonus policy until the bonus is redeemed.

Alright Bank! But Poor Poor Customer Service

Decent bank, but possibly the worst customer service I have come across online.

Started a complaint around 26 days ago, and recieved an outcome 16 days ago, was told that the resolution would be completed within 7 calander days, we are now 9 days later than that and no resolution is in place,

The complaint handler has just vanished and I haven’t heard from them since, and every member of the support team you speak to say the same! “I’ll escalate it” to no avail!

Poor customer service, probably the best part of Monzo is getting paid a day early but that is only beneficial if you’re paid on a Monday and can get your cash on the Friday! Other than that would not recommend them

No wonder the company hasn’t claimed…

No wonder the company hasn’t claimed their trustpilot area as they would probably find they would be getting bad reviews on the daily!

Bought an electric go kart from them on the 28th November for our sons birthday on December 18th!

14th December I’ve finally been given a refund after they message a day after purchase saying “item dispatched” only for them to tell me a week later the item was still in the warehouse and awaiting collection from a courier!

Apparently lying to customers around the Christmas period is a great way to do business! Shocking company! Barely respond and when they do the answers are all lies

Seller experience should be 0 stars

Recently used eBay to sell my phone online! What a regret that was! I should of just used Facebook marketplace as I usually do!

Upon selling my phone I received the payment and sent the item the next day via Royal Mail! My buyer received the item the following day and left positive feedback

Now 8 days later I still have to wait a further 9 days before I can even have my payment released! To then have to wait 2 days or so for it to land in the bank!

In a time when everything is rising! EBay are out here holding peoples funds in there bank account and making interest while you struggle and have to wait for your money!

Having spoken to eBay about this as I have positive feedback from the buyer and have followed the processes they wish they have said there is nothing they can do and then just disconnect chat

Shameless company! Would give 0 stars if I could

Poor communication! Get sent from department to department with no answers!!

Ordered a tumble dryer on December 31st and we’re told it would be delivered Feb 7th! Brilliant and happy to wait 4 weeks for the item not a problem!

Feb 7th we were away so asked for a family member to wait in for the item! Got to around 2pm and no word from very on the delivery so gave them a quick call to be told the item was delayed! Even though a day prior they text us to say everything was on track with our order!

Spoke to the lady on the phone who cancelled the order as we could get another model in 2 weeks time as opposed to waiting and not knowing when the one we picked would be available!

Once the order was placed a couple days later we received an email to say our order for the 2nd tumble dryer would be delivered in mid March! And not 2 weeks later as told on the phone!

Phone very again! Who then told us the original tumble dryer would be available on the Friday of that week! Which we accepted and finally had it delivered!

Since then I have been charged 4 times a fee of £12 for a missed payment though i have only had the item a month! I could understand if I missed all these payments however I have not done that we received the order 6-8 weeks after placing it and yet very still expected us to make a payment in January having not received the item yet!

The whole process has been a great stress and been nothing but a shambles! I’m now waiting on the complaints department to email me but that was supposed to have been by 31st March and again no communication from them!! Complaint Reference: CET12949028

Would not recommend or use this company again!!

Clear score really is the clearest wat

Have been using clear score for a long time now!
My score has always been relatively low, however, I use the site to check on all my accounts, how they are looking and if I have gone up or down,
I love the easy user friendly app, and have been successful on a the applications I have made through their app
I will be using this more and more over the next 12 months to improve my score, but so far without being too serious about my score this app has been fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone trying to improve there score

5 Stars & a great site

Have been using Unibet a bit recently and must say I love it
The user interface of the app is easy to navigate, which is always good as don’t want too much complication
The site it’s self has a good amount of markets, though minimal compared to other the main in play markets and pre match are covered and you get decent enough odds too
The withdrawal process is amazing, I withdrew last night via bank transfer and before I had even checked my emails the money was in the bank, also super quick to withdraw to PayPal too
Personally think this is one of the better sites to use,
Only negative for me is there is no loyalty bonus, say you bet so much a week they should do a free bet of some sort or better offers suited to the punter

Do not trust this company

Awful weekend of customer service, one member of a staff to another, I have deposited money over the weekend, and then wanted to withdraw my winnings

Have had a restriction put on my account, and they say they are unable to transfer the money back to my bank! And that I would need to send them all of my bank details including bank account number, sort code, IBAN, BIC etc

I have done this hours ago, and had very little communication, they sent me one payment but now apparently can’t send any others as I haven’t provided the right information? How send one payment then??

Quick to take your money but do not want to give anything back out! Absolute joke! And still on going!!

Thanks for a reply betbull but think after 3 days it’s seems as though communication isn’t a strong point

Great quality... but dishonest

Bought a set of dumbbells on the 8th June, 2 x 8KG for £82.99

Great Quality dumbbells, really well built, they seem like a top brand

I went online again shortly a few weeks after buying, as was looking to get a heavier set, and funnily enough they had dropped the price by £20

Guess they were just making people pay more while the whole furlough and lockdown situation was going on, wouldn’t trust again as a brand, as it’s very deceitful and a quick way to con people into paying over the odds

1 star seems a bit too high

Bought a jacket from JD during the lockdown, and paid via Klarna, when it came to wear the item and realised it was a size too big,

I had already taken the tag off, however I could have easily reattached this with a Tag Gun from work,

Spoke to the customer service team about a return, to only have to wait 10 days for a reply, which I only got because I messaged them again!

At this point it was past the 14 day money back period, wasn’t told that I could return it to store in the first instance and again was told this after the 14 day period

Bought plenty of items from JD in the past, but this will be the last time! Have realised that a £45 jacket is much more important than its customer base!

Looking through Trustpilot prior to this review seems as though the customer service aspect has gone out the window! I guess because of lockdown they now care only about money

Shame I have to put 1 star tbh!!

Shame I have to put 1 star tbh!!! Signed up to Experian for a FREE credit score check! The same as you can get on countless other sites!! Only to find out they have now taken £14.99 from my account and will not give me a refund because I didn’t cancel the service I didn’t know I had! Within the correct timescale! Shocking company! Plenty of actual FREE credit checkers out there and not ones who con their users into taking there money without knowing they have a subscription!!

Awful Company! Do all you can & still PAY

Trying to give this less than 1 star! But the only helpful person in their company is on Twitter! I took out a policy ready for when my current one expires! I put on my quote that I had 6 years no claims! When in fact I was trying to put 5 years! Anyway took out the policy, was then sent an email saying they would need a bit more £££ due to the error! And sent me a date it would come out! The date come and nothing! Tried to email...NO response! Tried to email...NO response! Only reason I got through to someone is because of Twitter! The woman on the phone said I had the date wrong when I clearly have an email! Service was awful! I wanted to pay and carry on!! In the end I cancelled and got charged £30 even though the policy hasn’t started yet! Imagine i have £0 in my account when they randomly take the money as the date I have is “wrong” my bank would charge me £20 for a returned DD and unwarranted OD fees! Yet they don’t give a crap!!they apparently can’t be in the wrong and you pay for that! Even after doing all you can to sort a situation! Awful company! DONT USE
