Ticket scanning caused bottle necks as long queues congested the foyer especially as the toilets were out side scan area.
Also an ability to release unused tickets would seem sensible in these days of reuse and waste minimization.

Great concert with a fantastic and enthusiastic audience adding to the overall experience. Seated on side of stalls and the speakers blocked view of keyboard player and half the big screen.
Why did the speakers have to go on the stage instead of higher up or in the empty box beside them? But the music was great and the base player and the sax player awesome.

Process was okay, some confusion over Matariki blackout for delivery. And didn't get a confirmation of delivery notification which I would have liked.

Yes, Matariki is a National Holiday so there are no deliveries made on that date. Luckily you ordered in plenty of time and the Gift Box was delivered and we are sure it was a lovely suprise.
